We visited here on our first night but were told they were no tables and had to book for the next night, which we did. Last night we went in for our booking and waited over a hour for our food. When we chased it up we were told it hadn't even started to be prepared. We left without eating. No apology and they didn't seem to really care. Shame as we had heard some good things.I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service you received. As we are an extremely busy restaurant, time allocation is paramount in managing our bookings. You arrived half an hour before your chosen time which meant a wait was inevitable. Your decision to purchase a bottle of vodka to consume during this 30 minute wait, unfortunately led to a member of your party being too inebriated to eat and you decided to leave the restaurant. We time all of our orders. 32 minutes was the actual time you waited, and though this is slightly longer than usual, we pride ourselves on good service, excellent food and a memorable experience. This is illustrated by previous reviews.I remember my first beer, no harm done.

Really good little restaurant with home made burgers and pizzas. Bright, open ambiance with booth seating. Good range of burgers and pizzas, all served quickly.

We have visited a number of times since my "excellent" review, and a few things have changed. The fries that were â¬2 a bowl are now â¬4! Avoid at busy times as the staff just can't cope with large numbers on two floors. After waiting an age for our burgers they were lukewarm at best but we were so hungry by then that we just ate them and left.The burgers are now accompanied by a small salad, which differ by burger and are quite good.
