Had a business meeting here. Service was great & food presentation very classy! Restaurant with many different areas. Bar area, restaurant area, meeting area. Golf course also if the weather was a little warmer. Parking very accessible with good lighting for leaving in the evening.

We donât normally do reviews for large chain restaurants but had to make an exception here for one reason only... our waiter. The food was like every other Applebeeâs... mediocre, uninspired, lazy. But our waiter, Scott, was absolutely exceptional. Out of all the hundreds of restaurants weâve visited inside and outside the US, Iâm honestly not sure weâve ever had a better waiter. If youâre unlucky enough to end up at Applebeeâs, hereâs hoping youâre lucky enough to get Scott as a waiter!-The Power Trippers

We stopped at Perkins because we were tired of fast food and truck stop food. We were greated and seated at a table quickly. I had the mini chicken pot pie salad and desert... Awesome. My spouse had a sampler plate that he gave a thumbs up to. And my Mom thought her soup was very good. The waitress was friendly and did not hover.

Full Serve Restaurant
They served roast beef the day we happened to be here. Literally mouthwatering. Weâve sampled many of their meats different times weâve been able to stop in & itâs always the same - soft & tender & delicious flavors, just incredible. Even if you donât like anything else on the buffet, itâs worth it just for this!

This establishment is convenient to hotels and offers a wide variety of food options. My wife went for a breakfast entree for dinner and I tried the Pork Chips. The chops were over cooked and dry. The meal was average and the service was above average. I probably will pass on any future visits.

If you are in the Albert Lea, Minnesota area and looking for a great burger, keep an eye out for a tiny yellow building on the corner of East 8th Street and James Ave, just off SE Broadway Ave with a red neon sign that reads, âThe ELBOW ROOM.â Donât let t
Coming here for years, always great food and service. New owners now, myself and 2 co-workers came in on Monday the 17th of September. With burgers in mind, the waitress talked us into the special which was hot beef. We all 3 ordered that. Owner came by asked if these were our burger...NO, we ordered the hot beef. 45 minutes later as others came, ate, and went. He asked us if we ordered. Yes the hot beefs and we're hungry. Another customer told him we've been waiting along time. Here him tell his waitress that one made the mashed potatoes. So he don't tell us, he goes behind the counter. I've had enough, threw him 5 bucks for our sodas and left. He stood there with a dumb look on his face.....no I'm sorry, no what can I do to make this right, no â¦.NOTHING. You want last long treating customer like this. I for one will NOT be back after this.

Trail's Travel Center offers a great array of "one stop for everything" while on the road. Gasoline is usually reasonably priced vis-a-vis competitors. Inside has many choices: food to grab and eat on the way, fast food (McDonalds), and a sit-down restaurant with a decent menu if one has the time to relax a bit on the journey. Also a large array of clothing and gift items, including souvenirs of Minnesota.

The menu is limited, with creativity, which is what we appreciate.Ambiance was very nice, service was attentive and we enjoyed both entrees, Salmon Pappardelle and Lobster and corn. both were tasty, neither were large, so for the first time in weeks, we were glad to be tempted for the Raspberry Cream Cake, which was very good.As we ate, the tables filled up, mostly with locals who seemed to know each other.

We had a group of 6 people and had come at the last minute to see if Green Mill could accommodate us at such short notice. With a smile, they provided a table and a server was with us immediately. Our server was knowledgeable about the local beers and provided advice as to what we all might enjoy that evening. We were not rushed and enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Three of us had salads - all fresh and delicious. The local beer served was phenomenal. We ordered two kids sized pizzas that were devoured by hungry children and a side of broccoli that was cooked to perfection. There were two gluten-free eaters with us who found perfect meals for themselves. We had the nachos as an appetizer - very generous with the toppings and a great way to start our meal.Hi there! Thanks so much for the wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that your party had a great time at our restaurant and enjoyed a variety of dishes. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Have a wonderful day, and hope to see you back again sometime :)

I have been to several restraunts close to me and while traveling on vacations! This family owned restraunt is very well managed with large delicious portions at great prices. You will never leave hungry. Just remember 1 pancake is the size of a large plate. Recently tried the French toast for the 1st time and it was spectacular! Gonna be hard to decide when i go back again. They have limited hours so check facebook or online. Not open on sundays and they only take cash. I highly recommend this to anyone. Its so worth the drive!!!!
