Lovely restaurant that exceeded expectations, very friendly staff. The owner takes time to talk to you. The food was excellent and not over priced. Went twice, so good.

Eat here if you want a great burger. Most of the restaurants on the main road through Agios Marina are over priced and not great in our experience. R&D burger is a total exception. My wife had the Cheeseburger (â¬8 with fries and drink), I had the R&D burger (â¬9 with fries / drink) - amazing - beautiful taste, the R&D is very large - highly recommended when you get fed up with Greek salads at the end of the holiday. Hi folks,Yes, it's been too long since our last post but trust me, this one is worth reading... We are currently in platanias, crete... And yes, true to form we have struggled to find anywhere here that has some modicon of entertainment... But... Hold your horses... We've found the best place... The NJOY POOL Bar... Every Tuesday it has karaoke...no entrance fee... Just wonder up to the pool bar... Its in ag marina a short walk from platanias... There's a warm welcome from the owner and all his staff... Its like a breath of fresh air after hunting through all the other bars that are totally lacking in atmosphere... And the price of the drinks are far cheaper than those pretentious bars in platanias... Trust us... Check it out.. We'll be back soon with another post... Cheers Buzz & Wendy
