I have been to this business lounge in Cape Town, durban and in Johannesburg and they have been consistently poor. The food is generally over cooked and tasteless. Even if these lounges operated on low budgets, food quality should not be an issue. The service generally poor as well. If it was not a benefit of the bank I am with, I would not even pay R50 for and this says a lot. I recently took my daugther and she was so looking forward and to experiencing a business lounge for the first time and she was so disappointed. I am sure that with better TLC management, the quality would improve and the overall experience would be far better as with what one expects from a luxury such as an airport business lounge Hi 942ravin, thank you for your feedback. We found this little shop quite interesting and decided to give it a shot. It has a very home like feeling to it. We loved that the furniture didn't all look the same, there are hundreds of items standing around for sale, the food is good and the staff are friendly. A great place to relax in the tranquillity of the atmosphere.

I attended kaya beach with my family and friends for my 24th birthday. The venue is absolutely AMAZING! It really felt like we were in weskus of ct! The only thing I would like to improve is that because it wasn't full, the food seemed rushed and the music was so soft that atmosphere was lacking a bit. And the salad that was covered with carrots, everyone thought was a straight carrot salad but there was actually a green salad underneath so just maybe a bit more attention to detail on the food. Other than that it is a beautiful venue with so much potential.
