After the whole day full of hiking across Pálava we headed physically exhausted but emotionally full of energy for the dinner to this restaurant. Our tasty dinner should have been the crowning moment of the sunny day. For this time I was a little bit disappointed. My trout in battle was too crunchy without flavour. Neither salmon was the best... Apparently fish dishes arenât their specialities. On the other hand, childrenâs salad with chicken was appetizing.

We debated leaving our hotel room at Galant, two blocks away. Finally we made our way to that âpizza place.â The mood when we stepped in was perfect. Clean, nice atmosphere. Good music. Not crowded. We didnât know anything about this place but we could see the smoke coming from the outside....maybe the pizza oven.Well, our server Alexandra was so friendly even though we couldnât speak one word of Czech. She understood: âtwo red wines and pizza...you pick.â The pizza was perfect. Light red sauce, Gorgonzola, prosciutto, arugula. Yummy. All the furniture looks handmade and itâs beautiful. Then Michael comes over with a coffee drink, on the house. It was slushy cold. Like a dessert. He spent fifteen minutes visiting with us. We felt so welcome and cared for in a country that is not our own. The food was delicious! Come here. These are memories we will take home to America.Dear luzimmcm,please let me say "THANK YOU" from our hole team for your time and very nice words in your rating what makes us very proud and happy :-) We would like to inform you, that we have open our restaurant now with specially large T-bone steaks, Tomahawks steaks, filet steaks, fresh handmade Italian pasta, all served with fresh homemade sites in our second open kitchen. This is a "no fuss" type of restaurant. They offer many different kinds of pizza for reasonable prices. The staff was friendly it seemed like they made everything to order and it tasted fresh.
