Reviewed By AlanG-JRThe Nivah is a quaint boutique hotel in downtown Moradabad, a city not known for its beauty or sense of calm. The converted Palace has retained its former decorating glory while providing modern amenities such as stone tiled bathrooms and large air conditioned suites all individually decorated in traditional style. The real treat at Nivah was he attentive service provided by Mr. Bhatt the property manager and his staff. They would literally go out of their way to assure that our stay was enjoyable. From the home made meals prepared on your schedule to the daily laundry service provided by the staff, everything was graciously taken care of. As a frequent visitor to Moradabad, I will definitely be staying at Nivah again and i would recommend it to anyone who needs a calm place to recharge their batteries in fine Indian style.

Reviewed By Sahilkumar113_Recently stayed at Asapian House Moradabad for a Night, This is a friendly hotel with excellent service. They provide great value for money. Staffs are always eager to help & very prompt. It’s a well maintained property in the heart of the city with all the modern amenities and services. They have plenty of food options in room service and the delivery is also quick. I really enjoyed my last stay there and would love to come back again soon.

Only Indoor parking In The City Hotels
Pratiksha.... the endless wait
Reviewed By Gaurav KWe booked five rooms in this hotel months in advance... all AC rooms. We planned to check in late night on 23rd May and check out early morning the next day. Before leaving Gurgaon, I had called this hotel reception and reconfirmed our bookings. To our horror, when we reached at around 11.30 pm, we were told that there are only three rooms available and the best they can do is give an extra bed or offer a non-AC rooms (in scorching heat of May...no thanks!). We endlessly argued for another 15-20 mins at the reception but could not reach a conclusion. Finally, we agreed for extra bedding. The check in took an eternity, and Hotel Pratiksha stood upto its name... Pratiksha - The endless wait. No water bottles were offered in room. The AC was loud as if it was screeching for a maintenance service, the fridge wasn't working either. Due to hot weather outside, even insects and reptiles like lizard and spider took shelter with us in cool room. Overall, room was in shambles... only good this was that linens were clean. The parking is minimal, barely adequate for 5-6 cars, the location is in bylanes of Moradabad... Overall, its avoidable... if stay is only for night halt, better stay on the highway and avoid this place altogether.

Pleasant stay.
Reviewed By VarunbanI stayed in this hotel in march 2019. It was quite a pleasant stay as rooms as well as washrooms are clean and hygenic. Hotel is located bit far from city and has marriage hall and lawn. Staff was quite helpful and room service was good.

Great food and hospitality
Reviewed By sumeet_chadhaWhile coming back from bhimtal I had an opportunity to visit this place with my family for lunch. The place overall is huge and well made. The food was too good and authentic, with excellent service. I had their Dal makhani, butter paneer masala, Kadhai paneer, boondi curd and nan / paranthas. The food was very good and tastefully prepared. Kudos to the staff and management.
