SIBAU Un restaurante lounge de alta cocina internacional del Chef Bruno Oteiza. El lugar con la mejor experiencia gastronómica y de mixologÃa.
First of all, the place is beautiful, it's in the new Plaza Arboleda, the decor is chic, elegant and contemporary. The staff is super prepared and knowledgable, amazing service. Then comes the food, Spanish chef Bruno Oteiza, outdoes himself. The waiter suggested to order half plates for all the appetizer so we could taste more dishes, they were all amazing.I'm so sad they didn't open this restaurant in Mexico CityA must if you are in Monterrey

Mexican Restaurant, Steakhouse And Regional Cousine. Tlayudas, Tacos De Carne Asada, Tacos De Pastor, Chile Relleno.
This is a new restaurant in San Pedro, that amazed me with its great food and great service. Great Starters, the Blue Quesadillas with Chicharron, the red fried Tacos, the gaoneras, a very slim ribeye slice with cheese in a corn tortilla. Also the Lechón, a sucking pig is delicious, the waiter, pulls the meat right by the table, so you can make tacos and share in the table. Very nice enviroment. We are very glad to have provided a service for you and also to have exceeded your expectations. Looking forward to seeing you back at our restaurant.

The name of the place sounded a bit confusing, Chino Latino, is it a Mexican restaurant? Chinese? The guys had a Vietnamese looking uniform and the decor was trendy Mexican with asian fusion...What just happened? Somehow it works. It looks beautiful and the place just has a nice vibe to it. The service was nice and fast, they were very friendly. Menu is in English and the dishes sounded good. We tried their snacks banana and sweet potato crisps, with a curry dip. Really good. Then ordered a salmon sashimi they came out with a plate of delicious and fresh sashimi, tip, eat it quickly or share it, if it sits in the sauce for too long the bottom starts cooking in the sauce. We ordered the sliders and pork ribs for main and the wok shrimps and tomato soup for starters. I can really recommend the tomato soup it was creamy a bit too creamy but delicious. The ribs a bit too sweet for my taste but my husband loved them. The sliders were very good. Over all this place is worth trying. It starts filling up around 9 so if yo are an early dinner person like us you will be pretty much on your own. They also have a bar upstairs which looked very nice and trendy, Besame it´s called and around 9 pm it was pretty empty so I guess it must start to fillip after the late dinner so 11 pm probably. Nightlife in Monterrey starts late.

Monterrey has come a long way from restaurants in the 80's to the variety and "sophistication" of restaurants. It is a city where you can Find amazing local cuisine but not very good international restaurants, especially sophisticated french cuisine. The place is a nice break from Steaks and local cuisine UNDERSTANDING this is not a city for French Cuisine nor High end restaurants (except a very few). That said, this is not a bad selection for bistró type cuisine with some international selections offered in menu.It advertises as a French steak house but it's more of a steak Bistro. Wine selection is "OK". prices are reasonable. Service is good.

The restaurant does not look fancy at all, decorations are basic and the ambiance is too noisy. The food is good but extremely overpriced. This is not a local restaurant but a chain with locations countywide.Service is good not great. Location is good with easy access and parking.

Sit outside and enjoy the many menu items, from tableside salsa to tacos to octopus.Three of us shared an appetizer and two entrees, then a dessert. They have many beers and tequilas as well. Good service and good food with a great view if the Saddle Mountain.

This restaurant is exceptional. The decor, service, and food are all top notch. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with every dish. One of the best restaurants I have been to in all of Mexico, this restaurant is world class. Gourmet at its best! Definitely will be returning to dine here the next time I'm in Monterrey. Already looking forward to my next meal here!

Amazing food and excellent quality of service. They manage service in a very harmonic way such that you have in front of you what you need to have. Tasting menu was excellent. Very good wine list concentrated in Mexican wines.
