Quick and friendly service. We heard about this restaurant from staff at Comfort Inn so decided to try it. The food was good and the restaurant is nice and clean.

If there was a minus category, that's where my rating would be, -5! The woman who I paid for a to go order and did not speak English, followed me around as I selected food. I 1st chose steamed shrimp then fried shrimp when I went for my 3rd selection of shrimp which is my preference, she started yelling at me in her native tongue. She continued to follow me and yell at me about taking more than 2 different kinds of shrimp. At least that's what I assume given the fact that she was speaking in her native tongue, which I did not understand. When I attempted to take a 4th selection of shrimp. She started raising her voice and telling me to leave the restaurant. It was humiliating to have this woman in her native tongue yelling at me, following me around and obviously very unhappy with me, all of which was in front of the other customers who were staring. You would've thought I killed someone. Not only did I find this embarrassing, but publicly humiliating! I believe she specifically followed me and discriminated against me because I am a large sized person. Fat people. Beware

After 12 hours traveling needed quick and deliverable food to our hotel. We ordered 20 minutes before closing and received food that tasted freshly made and delicious. The seafood delight and house chow mein was the best I have had I along time. The Szechuan Chicken came with fried rice which was a pleasant surprise. Great Chinese food!! Wish we had this restaurant in our town.

The climb up the old, steep stairs is worth the experience. Each seating area is curtained off. The tables and chairs are antique. The food is reasonably priced and there is a wide variety of options to chose from. The food is fresh and made from recipes as old as the business. It's no frills but not to be missed. A true peek into Butte's historic past. It's easy to imagine people from all walks of life climbing those well worn stairs, seated behind a curtain, enjoying a good meal.
We stopped in and grabbed the buffet to go. A very clean place, with friendly staff, and a great selection. We will definitely be repeat customers. Lunch Buffet was $9.50 and the Dinner and Sunday Buffet $12.50.
