Downtown Bozeman, Montana
We were starving after a long day of travels and thought this restaurant looked good. Our server was extremely friendly, and the decor of the place was really cute. The lunch combos are very generous in size, especially for the inexpensive price. The thin crust pepperoni pizza is fantastic!

When traveling through a university town, I often look for restaurants close to or on campus. They are usually more interesting and a better quality than ones along the highways. Colombo's Pizza is one of those places.Located right on the edge of campus (dorms across the road), its clientele is mostly students who walk in. This place has been there a long time so that should tell you something. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. We did the one trip salad bar and a small pizza. Everything was excellent. The staff super friendly. They also had a good choice of micro brews. Thanks to Google and TripAdvisor, I would have never found this place. Certainly glad we did.

Like many franchises restaurants the food is quite good. However, it is the staff that makes this O.G. stand out. Evan was our waiters name. He was not always bugging us not ignoring us. His service was just right. Very friendly and anticipating our every need. He is what makes the Bozeman, MT Olive Garden worth the trip.

We had just come back from Yellowstone after driving through a hailstorm through a mountain pass, we were hungry and Hotel clerk said there was no place open. We searched on google and found old Chicago. It was still open till midnight so, off we go and get a great pizza. They have thin, mid or thick crust. We had the mid and it was great.

We were starving for Pizza after visited Museum of Rockies and decided to try our luck in this restaurant. It is nice to see to know that they offer a set with half pizza plus salad (or soup) and we enjoyed this combination very much.

We eat at the Emerson Grill probably 4 times a year because it is so convenient to Willson Auditorium. But this review focuses on their special Ecce Gallery where my husband and I hosted a dinner party for 12 to celebrate the holidays and a birthday that shall go unnamed. Ecce Gallery is part of the Grill, but is a totally separate room that can accommodate special parties. The menu they offered us gave our guests plenty of choices (e.g., GF, vegetarian, fish and beef) and many people selected the fish special -- swordfish. There were many rave reviews. My chicken was excellent. Smiles all around. The house prosecco is terrific and got the party off to a great start. But I selected a terrific red and two whites for the rest of the meal. The salad was fresh and interesting and the two dressings guests could choose from were yummy. I did not taste the flourless chocolate cake because I just love berries with zabaglione. The decor included a tiny white lights everywhere, a beautiful tree and a yule log with candles on the table. So don't hesitate to choose the Emerson Grill for dinner or for a special event. They have it covered!Thank you for the wonderful review and for spending your holidays with us! The Ecce Gallery is our hidden treasure with eclectic, local artwork on the walls by local artists and is always immaculately decorated for the holidays. Perfect for an elegant sit-down dinner and available to rent year-round.Thank you for sharing your experience and for being such a loyal customer! See you again soon!Warmly,Robin, Owner

Best restaraunt in Bozeman. Everything on the menu is fantastic.
Charmingly tucked away next to a creek, it's unfortunately very loud inside, making conversing a chore. Chicken special excellent, good bread, wild salmon not very flavorful, affogato (espresso poured over ice cream) delicious. Service spotty. Only a couple of dishes made with fresh pasta.

With so many excellent restaurants in Bozeman, I'm not sure how we decided on Blacksmith for our one night in town, but I'm glad we did. The staff and food were both excellent. Our server, Megan, was perfect, friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. One of the best dining experiences we have had in a while.

From the huckleberry sauce & huckleberry ice cream on the white chocolate macadamia skillet cookie to their gourmet pizzas, this is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner no matter what the occasion.Weâve eaten at this location twice (& the Belgrade location once) since moving here a month ago, & the pizzas & flatbreads are wonderfulâinventive, flavor-packed ingredients which delight the tastebuds are the norm. The pizza crust is golden, tender, chewy, & tasty! My personal favorites are the Humble Pie & the Sequoia. The special summer flatbread featuring caramelized onions & ricotta infused with huckleberries among other ingredients is fantastic! The service is attentive, friendly, & non-intrusive. This is Montanaâs best local pizza chain, & it is worth enjoying & sharing with friends visiting from out-of-state.We are so pleased you enjoyed everything and took the time to leave a review! It's reactions like this that make what we do rewarding everyday. We hope to see you in again soon, TLewis!

On the corner of Bozeman and Main Street
So happy we go to enjoy this gourmet dinner during our short visit to Bozeman. We shared the garlicky chopped kale salad, very good. Since we are visiting from Philadelphia, which has excellent thin crust pizza, we looked for something different. The braised lamb shank, with cumin & cherries in the rice, was out of this world. My husband enjoyed his pasta with sausage. Those dishes were so good, we made room for dessert. My strawberry rhubarb galette was scrumptious. As was the vanilla gelato on top. I didnât try my husbandâs cream cake - it was gobbled up before I got the chance. Itâs a small restaurant, understandably popular & crowded. Iâd return in a heartbeat. Great meal, reasonably priced given the quality.
