Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Billings. Lewis & Clark, Custer, Sitting Bull and Calamity Jane may be long gone, but they are not forgotten in Billings. Museums, galleries and landmarks honoring these legendary characters from the Old West dot the city, making it a history buff's dream destination. Surrounded by six breathtaking mountain ranges, Billings also offers plenty of opportunities for fresh air recreation, including hiking, biking, golf and viewing rare Montana wildlife. Spend time at the Western Heritage Center, an interactive museum full of clothing and remarkable artifacts from the Yellowstone River Valley. In the early 1900s, the railroad brought wealth to Billings and testaments of this prosperity are still standing. Be sure to visit the regal Moss Mansion, designed by architect H.J. Hardenbergh (who also designed the Waldorf-Astoria and Plaza Hotels in New York City). In the more modern realm, MetraPark offers horse racing, rodeos, concerts, fairs and other types of entertainment everyone will enjoy. And kids of all ages will enjoy the animals and games at ZooMontana.

Attended a National Convention in Billings the first week of August 2019. Every year, in a different city, we get about 30 people together, pick a restaurant and meet there on the Tuesday night of the convention. We picked this place at least 6 months in advance and kept updating information as time neared for the event. 2 days prior to going there for dinner, we reconfirmed that we were going and were told that there was no problem seating a large group and they would reserved a section of the restaurant. We arrived on the designated date and the staff present at the entrance, did not have a clue that there was a huge group coming that night. We had to wait until the staff could empty out an area large enough to accommodate our group and even then, we barely had enough room. However, the staff paid an extreme amount of time to our group, promptly starting serving our group and the evening turned out to very enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to correct every deficiency, they were quite personable, efficient, and very diligent. The food was excellent and a great time was had by all in attendance. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to savor their food!

Established in 2016, Last Chance Cider Mill is the only cidery in the state that presses it's own juice and makes hard cider 'Apple to Glass'. We have a variety of handcrafted hard ciders & Red Lodge Ales on tap as well as a delicious variety of wines. We
I don't usually give reviews of restaurants, but I was impressed enough to do so. I went to Last Chance because I enjoy a good cider, which is hard to find at your average restaurant, but I was quite impressed with the bison taco. It is a flatbread with meat, beans and all the fixings piled on top and is delicious. Pair it with one of their ciders and you won't go wrong. If I lived in Billings, this would be a regular spot for me.

We ended up at Jake's not knowing what to expect after trying and failing to find the restaurant we had hoped to eat at. Jake's was much fancier than we had anticipated, but the food and drinks were very good and service was great. Coconut shrimp was huge with HUGE shrimp, and husband's drunken steak was perfect. Spicy margarita was also really good. What a pleasant surprise!

A nice looking menu, but we were only hungry for small portions. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and brisket nachos. Both very good. 4 large mushrooms stuffed with sausage and cheese. A pretty large portion of nachos, a nice melted thin cheese sauce, with excellent shredded and highly seasoned brisket. We had a couple of pretty good beers as well. The gentleman next to us at the bar had great things to say about his ribeye. It looked like a very thick cut. We were served quickly, not very busy when we arrived. We would love to return in the future.

The Blue Cheese Burger was very good. Burger was prepared as I ask (medium) and they used a quality cheese. My spouse had the fish Tacos which she rated excellent. We dined on the patio. This was a fun experience and I would recommend this resturant and their food.

Within a stone's throw from our hotel this very busy restaurant has terrific food & excellent service. The jambalaya was ideal especially being a little spicy & my wife enjoyed her crab stuffed mushrooms listed as an appetizer along with a good Caesar salad. Very enjoyable dinner.

We were just spending the night in Billingâs on a long road trip and. Asked on the Trip Advisor review, decided to eat here. Weâre glad we did because itâs a great looking brew room, the food was very good, service friendly, and prices reasonable. I was the only one who had beer and I thought it was a little watery, but our food â a bratwurst and sauerkraut spring roll was really nice â and sandwiches with salad were all tasty â the bratwurst and onions, the meatloaf, and especially the triple tip beef. So glad we came.
