My wife called about an hour prior to our arrival. She requested a room with 2 queen beds, which was confirmed over the phone and we received an email confirming the 2 queens. When we got to the room we found a king with a sofa. This might not sound so bad. But when we went back to the desk to get it changed we were told the reservation was for a king and they had no other rooms. I told the guy to just cancel the charge on my credit card and we’d go somewhere else. He said he couldn’t do that because it would be a late cancellation. My wife suggested we should just stay here. So we went back to the room and she called the number she used to reserve the room. The woman she talked to flat out lied and said she didn’t have any information about what had been discussed when the reservation was made. When my wife asked to talk to her supervisor, she had some other woman come on the line. She supposedly spoke with the guy at the desk who told her they didn’t have any rooms with 2 queens. She (the supervisor) never offered any compensation for this error. So I guess I’ll have to pay the full price for the room. But we’ve been staying at hampton inn for about 8-10 years as our go-to whenever we travel. There were some very nice, clean, reasonably priced stays. And the staff have been courteous and helpful. But I’ve spent my last f”@$ing dime with this company. This latest situation coupled with a few other instances in that last few months have convinced me that Hampton Inn meets the standard of S&@“hole, and I’ll sleep in a ditch before I stay at another one!

I'm looking for a hotel, and found it odd that this hotel advertised proximity to one type of church, but not other churches that are closer. Is there a particular type of client they are trying to attract? Or other types of clients they want to deter? I'm not sure what to make of this. I don't want to rate good or bad, just keep business professional and impartial.

I grew up in this area and returned for a business visit. Wow has this place gone downhill from when it opened as a Marriott. The elevator rattles so much it sounds like it's on it's last legs. The chair for the desk in the room was coated in fake leather...fine except half of it has already flaked off. Must have been there from day one. My son sat there and his rear end was covered in black flecks when he got up. I was not really recognized on arrival for diamond status or explained my benefits at this property. The buffet breakfast was really good and the server was friendly and attentive, so at least there was that.

The sign says "All New Rooms" Apparently, no one has been in room 341. When the room was painted, no one bothered to cover the hangers or furniture. Spatters everywhere. Blue painting tape was all around the room, presumably holding the baseboard on. Very tiny bathroom with tub and toilet. Could not access local TV channels. Called the front desk and was told to use the menu button on the remote. There was none. The clerk said he was new so had no idea. In all fairness, the bed was comfortable.

Awesome weekend stay with my kids! Very spacious and clean lobby upon entering the hotel. We were greeted by two employees at the front desk with a warm friendly welcome. Check-in was quick and easy. We were told that breakfast ends at 10am on the weekends before we headed up to room on the 4th floor. The associate also told me that if we needed anything not to hesitate and just ask. Elevators were quick and clean. Once we got to our room and opened the door we were very impressed. The room temperature was perfect, the room was clean, and the carpet floor was beyond clean. The bathroom was spacious and had everything from towels to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hairdryer was even present!!! The beds were extremely comfortable with both soft and firm pillows provided. The tv was a large flat screen mounted to the wall which could be pulled out and turned right or left for optimum viewing angles. There was a nice size closet, a desk, a fridge, and an iron. This hotel is our go to when we stay in the Pittsburgh area!!!

This is an excellent hotel in all respects. The location is great. Cleanliness, services ! breakfast. But the mattresses are sunken and uneven. I tried looking at two rooms. So when booking a room ask for a newer mattress.

The hotel was a disaster. We checked in and got our room key. Got back later that night and the room was never cleaned. It was dirty and the halls smelled of roach spray. We checked out and found another hotel.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smooth check in/out. Quiet. Great location. Fantastic customer service. Clean lobby. Breakfast served. Was not happy with my bed, stains on the blanket and box springs (see pics). However, the bathroom and the rest of the room was clean and housekeeping was attentive and friendly. I would stay there again just not in that room. The best parts are the staff and it is bug FREE!

Visited recently for a youth sports tournament and we were assigned this hotel. Most of our team is Marriott members and loyal to the brand, so we were surprised that the photos for this facility were a bit nicer than reality. The rooms were clean, for the most part, but needed maintenance/upgrades. The adjacent highway provides lots of "background noise" (too much if you're a light sleeper), but the surrounding area provides a lot of conveniences. The staff at this hotel, particularly Abby at the front desk (there 3 of our 4 days), was fantastic. Breakfast staff were courteous and quick to refill items, and Abby was an absolutely fantastic representative of the Marriott brand.

We requested a King Suite with Spa. Online says it comes with jacuzzi, fireplace, king size bed. We got the Jacuzzi and king size bed. Unless they consider the regular heater a fireplace there was none. We paid $210 for the room for one nigh. There was left over soap in the shower that was used, hair in the jacuzzi, the door didn't seal properly so it was cold even with the heat cranked. In the am it was obvious how thin the walls were as we could hear someones alarm! About the only thing this had going for it was no bugs that I seen and the location was 1-20 min from everything. Waste of money. it should have been $100 at most for the room. The rooms also smell terribly of cigeratte smoke
