Such a brilliant place! The food is straightforwardly fresh, tasty and very well priced. Don't bother with anywhere else in this town because they can't compete. We had two excellent main courses which were home made and delicious with a bottle of wine for 54 dollars. The service is superb: attentive but not pushy. Perfect!

Super place for sure, not far off the main road. There is an excellent selection of Pizzas and Brew. The crust was fantastic. They sell by the slice as well, which is nice for a quick bite. Family Friendly and excellent service to. Highly recommend stopping in for sure.

Stopped in here with friends on a Saturday morning. We had wonderful breakfast bagels. They are fresh and they have a large variety of flavors. I had the Jalapeno Bagel with egg and bacon. Yummy!! We will be back here very soon.

I go here at least four times a month. Rick is a lovely gentleman, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. It's my favorite place to go in the fall, Rick makes a wonderful chai and hot chocolate. Also, because it is a University town, the prices are just right for poor college students. His deli sandwiches are by far the best in town.

We serve 32 flavors of Ice Cream, homemade Brownies and brownie sundaes, banana splits, hot and cold drinks and much more with a great small town feel.
My kids and I really enjoyed this quaint ice cream parlor. It was small but not crowded when we went. They had a couple of tables outside and several inside. The tables were equipped with small games like checkers and peg board games to entertain yourselves while eating your ice cream. The clerk was friendly and the scoops were very generous. They had about 24 flavors of hard ice cream, some were very unique as I hadn't seen them anywhere else. They had coffee and toppings for sundaes but we just enjoyed a cone. The prices were very reasonable. We will visit again.

We've been coming here since we moved to the area a couple of years ago and love it. It's not cheap, but it's actually food rather than the stuff that usually passes for food at fast food restaurants. The burgers are great, and the seasonal specials, like asparagus, hazelnut shakes, tend to be ridiculously good. The regional chain prides itself on sourcing their ingredients, like the meats and vegetables, from local ranchers and farmers, and there's an obvious commitment to quality food and close connections to the local community. Fund raisers are a regular feature at the restaurant, and during these, a portion of the purchases goes to the given local group. We go here regularly, and we really like the community feel. The staff are really friendly. Our child spilled her milkshake one time and started crying. Within moments, a very kind server was there saying he one time spilled a whole tray of food and that he would get her a fresh milkshake. I've also witnessed two servers offering to get water for the dogs of owners who had them in the outside eating area. It's a friendly place. We love it.

Celebrated our family gathering here and wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The great and service as well. We enjoyed a great time and spent the evening reminiscing over past years and old memories. Was a highlight of our time visiting Independence.

The food is always good for the price. The ice cream treats are especially delicious. I love the turtle pecan blizzard and my wife is very fond of the peanut butter blizzard. The banana splits are just the best.

Recently expanded seating! Please come enjoy our cozy atmosphere and hang with friends or do some studying!
I usually go in on Tuesdays when they have all drinks for $3 and get the mocha latte. The girls working there are friendly and the service is fast.

The food here is very good and they give you a lot for the money. They don't have brown rice, but their white rice and noodles are very good. You get quite a selection and the service is fast and friendly. They serve mainly teriyaki bowls and not much else. They aren't open on the weekends either. This is mostly a college fast food place.
