With convenient access to the city's business districts and public offices, as well as various sightseeing spots (within 30 minutes by car), this hotel also boasts a sauna and large public bath to provide guests with a relaxing, comfortable stay.
I shouldn't be surprised by small hotel rooms in Japan, but this one took me a bit by surprise. It's like a typical business hotel, so I guess I should have expected it. The bed takes up most of the room with little space to walk around if you're a big person. It's ok though for a solo traveler. I wouldn't want to be in the room with a second person. Water pressure good and the room is clean. No smell of cigarette smoke. Location from station about a 20m relaxed walk, but closer to the main entertainment street. For a couple nights, I would come back again, but I might do some more looking around first to see if there's another hotel for a similar price that was a bit newer.

As a Foreign tourist with no Japanese speaking skills, I felt comfortable at the hotel the front office staff was very helpful, they even called up a bank to check if they can help convert Forex as the hotel did not have the facility and a lot of stores and restaurants are close by. Food in the restaurant is pretty good and Rooms are neat and tidy and size is what you expect fro ma Japan hotel. Overall a great no hassle stay.

Stayed in this hotel last year and brought along with me my family members this time. Not all hotels offer triple rooms and this hotel offers spacious triple room for family of 3 like us. Even for single room, the room is spacious and well equipped. Hotel lobby locates at 8/F while the hotel entrance is not very eye-catching. Parked at the carpark next to the hotel building and the hotel offers discount for parking, 1000 yen for one day. Despite next to JR station, we did not find it very noisy maybe Miyazaki station is not a very busy and crowded station... there is a 24-hr supermarket behind the hotel but there aren't many shops and restaurants near by. If you are looking for night life, shops and restaurants, hotels at Tachibana Dori would be better choice. Beds are comfortable, room was clean and well maintained. We have a good and comfortable stay. Excellent housekeeping team that keeps our room clean and tidy. Nice view of the city on the floor we stay. The hotel is definitely of great value at this price range.

This is a hidden gem in Miyazaki. We will looking for some comfort food on a rainy day. Our hotel recommended this place. The ambience was good and tastefully decorated. We order a char siew, a bok Choy, beancurd with prawns and XO fish fillets. The waitress is also very helpful. Trying her best to describe the dishes to us.

The hotel offers a rooftop hot spring which was an absolute treat for all after a long drive or walk during the days. Parking was easy right next to the hotel and they offer free ramen as late night snack. The rooms are compact with everything needed, clean and well maintained. Love the windows which can be opened when the heat is strong. Everyone in my group enjoyed the stay.

Not being a "preferred guest," we were given a questionable room with some issues related to the aging state of the resort. After a polite request for a different room, we were granted an upgrade to a much better room. If this happens to you, be sure to let the desk know about it. The English spoken by the desk staff was very good and there were multiple assistants (university students working during the semester break?) everywhere and their English was fantastic. I know people who stayed here just after it opened years ago, and according to them it is beginning to show its age. That being said, the overall feel of the resort is very nice and I would recommend staying here. Small secret: If the weather is inclement (i.e. hot, rainy, or both) you can park underground to avoid this. It seems that most people park in the open and don't know about the (limited) parking below.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. In terms of room size and amenties, the hotel is fairly standard and in line with other business hotels in Japan within this price range. Only green tea in the room. Free coffee is available in the reception area between 2pm and midnight. I would like to compliment the staff . A fluent English speaker helped me book an activity in Aoshima, for which I am extremely grateful. I would not have otherwise been able to book the activity without his help. Car parking is JPY800 per night.

It's in a quiet part of the city center, so it was easy to find and I could sleep well at night. I checked in a bit on the early side, but minutes later, Ms. Shiromizu at the front desk politely showed me to my room. I'm glad I was able to relax in my room starting in the afternoon. It was raining on my first day, so I went to the science museum next door, and at night, I went to Amu Plaza for dinner and indulged in a feast. On the second and third days, after coming back from my day trips, there were fresh towels that the maid had hung on the front of my door, which helped wonders. There's a Seven-Eleven next to the hotel, but there are also vending machines selling soft drinks, alcohol, and snacks inside the building, so if you don't feel like going outside, you can eat and drink in the middle of the night without a problem. I ate breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor every morning, and I was grateful for the various set meal options and complimentary drink bar that let me depart with a full belly. Compared to check-in, there was something about check-out that didn't feel quite right, but it was passable. After checking out, I left my luggage at the front desk and took a stroll around town, and because the hotel is right by the station, I could return to fetch my luggage right before boarding a train and heading home. For guests who will frequently use the trains in Miyazaki City, I cannot recommend this place enough!

This hotel is very near the train station, and also just a short walk from the rental car shop. Service was very good. We stayed here in March, just before the covid situation got bad, but already they had hand sanitizers prepared at the entrance of the lobby. The rooms were reasonable, had everything we needed, and also included a free drink at the bar on one of the top floors. Bar was small, but cosy, had a nice night view of the city. Enjoyed my stay so much we booked another night for the night before going to the airport.
