デリバリーをネットで注文して取りに行きました。休日の晩ご飯時間、かなり店は混雑していました。アルバイトらしき人がたくさんいたものの、指示する人がいなくて使い切れず、店内はすごい状態でした。デリバリーの受け取りは予定より少し遅れました。

I've had sushi everywhere I go in Japan. This is it, this is the best sushi you can find anywhere. Everything is so fresh, top quality, especially honmaguro O-toro, Uni, and samma. Although they haven't been awarded, I'd say they are easily Michelin star level. Better yet, since this place is rarely know by tourists, you don't need to make a reservation and the price is very reasonable. In other well know places, you need to make reservation months in advance and it would cast you double or even triple of what they charge here. This place is a true hidden gem of sushi restaurant in Japan.

回転寿司スタイルだが、目の前で板前が握る本格スタイル。注文して目の前で握ってくれます。会計も回転寿司のように皿の色でわかれていて、明朗会計。地魚も豊富にあり季節でオススメが変わります。リーズナブルに本格寿司をいただきたいときにはオススメです。

震災後の仮設店舗から、北上川沿いの本店舗に移転。平日の12時前に入店しました。人気があるようで、12時には店内満席。夏が旬の穴子の天丼を注文。旬の穴子はとてもふっくらで、甘くて美味しい。天ぷらはサクッとあがり、出汁も美味しかったです。

名古屋出身で名古屋でたべるかつおは本当にまずくてきらいだったのですがここのかつおは本当においしくてびっくりしました。客層はほとんどが漁師でした。昼はかなり混みます。
