Things to do in Raytown
First of all the place was filthy. We waited for several minutes to have order taken, then it was like they were doing us a favor. Was told shift change; if this is the way shift change goes then they need a new manager/supervisor. Very unorganized. Waited several minutes after order taken to receive food, then was not hot. As for the condiment station, filthy!!!! Root beer did not work, thus NONE available-several customers disappointed. Unsweet ice tea was horrible, had to spit out in trash can. Will be calling health department next week.

We had been before and it was a good experience. However tonight Darius made our experience excellent. We took friends that had never been because we loved the food the first time. But with Darius as our waiter and the care and attention to detail, he made this experience beyond any expectation we may have had. Great food, phenomenal service. We will be back.

Red Lobster is known as the foremost expert in fresh seafood. Our commitment to serving quality seafood starts long before you sit down at our restaurant. Fresh Fish, Live Lobster.
I wanted to eat snow crab legs and since Red Lobster kept advertising we decided to go. We made our reservations on-line but we still had to wait before getting seated. Probably a 5 minute wait, not too long. I ordered my snow crab legs and enjoyed it. It was very pricey but the food was good. Hubby got the Wood Fire Salmon, shrimp, with a lobster tail. He liked it, but too it was pricey. I will say our side salad was really really small. We did leave extremely full and would recommend this place again. The staff was friendly.

What can I say....Iâm a creature of habit. I usually order the âTourâ because I like that sampling of lasagna, fettuccine, and chicken parm. Bring out that salad and breadsticks, and finish things off with dessert, and Iâm ready for an afternoon nap! Delicioso!

Gone...now a dental office. Don't go here. Seriously...they don't serve food. You'll have to get your teeth cleaned or something.
Food is great. But the service stinks. I went there 3 times and all 3 times I waited an hour after ordering to get my food. Only 1 person does taking order, cashier, and cook.

If this is your first time visiting Kansas City or even if youâre a local....make sure you go in and grab a bite to eat. Iâm so GLAD that I did! I tired this location about a month ago. It sits off Blue Ridge in a strip mall area. When I walked in I was welcomed with a Hello and a smile. The decor is warm and inviting. It gives the Southern hometown feel. I ordered hot wings, fried okra, and fried pickles to go. It was perfectly breaded! Iâve also been told by other frequenters that the Seafood is AMAZING! They have a nice menu with a lengthy selection to chose from. The establishment is very clean and your food is cooked by order.

I work in Raytown, and come here a handful of times a year. If I ate here any more than that, I'd have to buy new pants. In a bigger size. The catfish is the best in the area. The sides that I've had taste homemade. The fried okra is excellent, as are the green beans. The fish is cooked to order, so call it in if you don't want to wait...but it is worth the wait. As I saw stated in another review, they do charge a lot for drinks.
