Had a nice steak dinner at CiCi's this evening. Got there before 5 ... 1st in the door. The dinner salad was spectacular as usual. The lobster bisque was just outta this world! The steak was excellent. The shrimp scampi portion was a single large shrimp with outstanding scampi sauce. The side of lobster mashed potatoes was wonderful. The bottle of wine was tasty. And as usual, the house salad was an event in itself! Service was welcoming, attentive, and very professional. Our server was Victor, my favorite at CiCis. I guess we just got lucky ... at least we sure did feel lucky. Another 5-star dinner at CiCi's in Columbia, Mo.

Greatvatmosphere and great food. Really feels like a family environment in there. You can't go wrong with the Gyro. Best I have had in a while. Make this place a stop for you.

I visited TR when it opened several years ago. It seems to have matured into a restaurant. The restaurant was crowded, but we sat at the bar, so there was no wait. The service was top notch and the drinks were great. Despite being the bartender for the entire restaurant, our bartender was wonderful. We ordered prime rib and filet, both cooked perfectly and delicious. The house salad was delicious. A cup of chili was "good" but piping hot with loads of fresh red onion and cheddar on top. The mixed vegetables were the perfect crispness / doneness and not over seasoned. We're glad to have TR added to our local favorites.

They were busy! The greeters recommended sitting at the bar to eat. The bartender did not seem thrilled about that. I got the prime rib. It was pretty good. The strawberry daiquiris were good. Our appetizer was great; western shrimp.

There's nothing quite like biting into a tender, juicy steak. But a top-quality sirloin cooked to perfection is a shockingly rare occurrence. If you're in the Columbia, MO, area, though-you're in luck! Around here, everyone's favorite spot for delicious s
Formica tables and banquet hall type chairs bespeak the unassuming come as you are feel of this long time popular place with locals. Some of the food is very ordinary but some is quite good, high value for the reasonable prices. Friendly and family run. Located in Doug Columbia but 5 minutes from University of Missouri campus, on a frontage road just west of route K / South Providence, just north of Greenbriar.
