While out shopping at the outlet malls in chesterfield, we stopped in Lionâs Choice for lunch. Now we have eaten at a couple of Lionâs Choice before and enjoyed it. We ordered 2 original roast beef meals, came with sandwich and fries and drink. The food was fine, but when we went to get catsup and sauces I noticed the catsup dispenser was leaking catsup out of the pump and was making a huge mess. I went to the counter and told staff that the catsup dispenser was making a huge mess and needed attention. The acknowledged my comments, but no one did anything about it. We sat down and ate and no one ever came out to take care of the mess. Before we left I used the restroom and it was in horrible condition. Yes I know, itâs a fast food restaurant, but still the staff has to take care of the cleanliness of the restaurant and the manager needs to ensure his restaurant is being taken care of. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is clean. We will not use this Lionâs Choice again.

Where it took entirely too long, especially considering it wasn't busy. Today's wait was over 15 minutes...only a few cars there...the order was inaccurate and cheese sticks - what we thought was holding the order up - weren't even hot. Something has changed at this location, and it isn't good...

I go here sometimes for the Angus beef or Bejing beef or green bean chicken...But today they had new chili shrimp.They are very good, but the hotness creeps up on you.I would get them again perhaps if someone would split this entree with me and give me 1/2 of a mild one like green bean chicken.

It was certainly a place up to Panda Express standards, meaning the food was reliably Panda Express (you know what you're going to get). It was nice that it was in a separate building with adequate parking away from the sprawl of the main mall, which seemed to extend forever. It was a quick in and out takeout experience for us and one of the better Panda Express locations I've visited.
