We were visiting from Florida. When we arrived, the hostesses were super nice and friendly. We were seated and had two glasses of water in front of us almost immediately. I thought, âWow, this is going to be great.â We ordered two iced teas which were also brought quickly and then everything went south. I will not elaborate on all of the petty details, but it took approximately 45 minutes for our food arrive. I will say the food was very good. I wish the service had been better.Hey! We are so sorry again about your experience. We should have communicated better and sooner about the backup in the kitchen and done more to make your experience less frustrating. Thank you for contacting us and helping us understand how we can be better.

The atmosphere is what you expect in fine dining. I love the areas that allow you to look outside. The service is great. My favorite appetizer is the cheese balls with marinara sauce. They are delicious. I love the salmon dishes. For those special occasions, whether your party is large or small, I recommend Bravo.Thank you, Jennie! Your praise has made our day. I'm not an adventurous person at all, I'm the world's pickiest eater. However, I have been trying to find something that would match the grinders in NY and CT... Saw Basil's on the Waitr app... Tried their panini... Fantastic! Ordered it three times now :) I don't know about anything else, but they have a killer Panini!
