Columbus is a city in and the county seat of Lowndes County, Mississippi, United States, located primarily east, but also north and northeast of the Tombigbee River, which is also referred to as the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway [3]. It is approximately 146 miles (235 km) northeast of Jackson, 92 miles (148 km) north of Meridian, 63 miles (101 km) south of Tupelo, 60 miles (97 km) northwest of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and 120 miles (193 km) west of Birmingham, Alabama. The population was 25,944 at the 2000 census and 23,640 in 2010. The population in 2012 was estimated to be 23,452. Columbus is the principal city of the Columbus Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is part of the larger Columbus-West Point Combined Statistical Area. Columbus is also part of the area of Mississippi called The Golden Triangle, consisting of Columbus, West Point and Starkville, in the counties of Lowndes, Clay and Oktibbeha.

I don't go often but I am never disappointed. I had the original and some nuggets. Service was good. Food was fresh. Best chicken sandwich around. It makes no difference where you are in the USA the food is great

A local drive-in with interior seating and a great wait staff. Local fare of burgers, catfish, chicken livers, hamburger steak, roast beef, home made pies and a nice selection of sandwiches and salads.

This place is absolutely awesome. I ordered a up town wrap with sweet potato fries. This thing was the best wrap I have ever eaten. We where there during happy hour which is 2 to 5. I decided to get a caramel frappes drink as a dessert. It was good.

Yes, I will admit it, I love me a good burger and when I saw Back Yard Burgers, I said to myself, this place cannot be that bad right? So I moseyed on in, and put in my order and began chowing down.... well first things first, place was nice and clean, staff friendly enough, fries were the only high note on the food, and burger overly priced for the taste..... Now I know, why it took me this long to venture on in.... I am so glad I did, but trust me I left totally disappointed..... If you go on in I hope you like it better than I did.....

To begin with, my sandwich was great. The consistent product I expect from a Subway. However, service was inconsistent. The girl who made my sandwich was friendly and efficient. She also had patience which she exhibited while serving the total idiots in front of me. The girl who checked me out, however, was disinterested and seemed like she could care less if I got what I ordered or was cashed out. Management should easily be able to figure out which is which.
