Stayed for 2 nights. Pretty small room, which is typical for Japanese rooms but was very clean. Breakfast was simple but very good, offerings varied for the 2 days we were there. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Experience Aomori's folk culture with live shows based on festivals such as the Nebuta - a fete famouns throughout Japan. Regional cuisine and a vast open bath also await your enjoyment.
Second time for me to stay in a Hoshino resort. For me the last time. The concept might be appropriate for different target customers, but doesn’t meet my expectations. If you consider the Hoshino group or this hotel high-end Japanese hotel, you might be disappointed. If you compare this hotel for example with Sekaie (Atami) or Koshinosato (Niigata) you will agree that they are in a different and higher league. It is a huge hotel where you have to walk a lot. The reception design is not very welcoming, overall the design until the room doesn’t convince me. The room is OK. If you come by car it is very difficult to find. If you input the address correctly which is stated on the homepage of the hotel, or on the third-party reservation pages, you will be guided to nowhere. Without assistance you will never get to the hotel. Your navigation system will guide you different. We tried it with Google maps, Apple maps, Mercedes Benz original navigation. You also cannot call them for assistance as they don’t have a phone number of the hotel on their homepage. So you cannot even call them for directions. If you call the group service center they are not of any good assistance. There are also no direction signs on the way to the hotel when coming from the highway. I only can imagine that this hotel is good for families with children. But I don’t recommend to book this hotel if you would like to have a “classy” stay. And finally complaining on high level: There is no valet parking.

箱としては、可もなく不可もないんだが、青森仕様なので朝食が強烈に塩辛い。特に和食は呑み屋のアテかと言うほど塩辛いので注意が必要

I stayed here for 6 days in February 2019. The hotel was clean and cozy. The staff was always eager to assist and make your stay enjoyable. I used the humidifier in my room after the staff showed me how to use it. Made my sinuses feel so much better. At the check in counter they have a basket of items that can be borrowed free of charge. These items included Febreeze, etc. Great idea! Also they sell a variety of Ramen and soups that can be prepared with just hot water. They have a business center that includes the use of a foot massager. Self service laundry with an iron and ironing board. They have a restaurant that provides breakfast as part of the room charge. It includes both Japanese and American type foods. This same restaurant serves lunch and the menu comes in English and the food is wonderful. Everything is really tasty and the price is affordable. There entrees include miso soup, vegetable, rice and tea. The rooms are comfortable. They include a mini frig and bottled water comes with the room. The bed is comfortable and the non smoking rooms really have no smoke smell in them. The housekeeping staff is always courteous and quiet. After a snow storm the hotel used a snow plow to move all of the snow from their parking lot. Previously they were just using a snow shovel to clear the walkways. A little hotel with a small time charm. I enjoyed staying here in Misawa.

Was moved to this hotel when my original hotel was overbooked. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room I got was clearly a smoking room, it stank of stale cigarettes, and the smell of smoke permeated the whole floor. The sheets were dirty, and the front desk said they could do nothing about it as there was no house-keeper at 7pm. The room was small, very outdated, and with only wired internet. I have no idea whether there are places which are any better in Misawa, but I cannot reccomed the Hotel Princess.
