This place is a true hole in the wall, local, tiny restaurant, friendly service, good pizza and great price point. The facility can seriously only accommodate about 25ppl for a seated dinner. Mainly a lot of take out business here, all the pies we ordered were great and gone...no leftovers.

Our first trip to Minneapolis and we were looking for a nice restaurant close to our hotel. The Twins had just clinched a playoff spot, and we hit a HOMRUN with Zelo! We made a reservation and were seated in the beautifully decorated dining room. There were 3 adults in our party. The homemade lemonade was a delicious refreshing beverage choice. 2 of us chose the salmon âspecialâ which was served with fresh tomato and gnocchi. It was the lightest fluffiest gnocchi I had ever tasted. The basil oil gave it a savory flavor that was superb! The spaghetti and meatballs were magnificent. The thing I really liked about the menu is that it appealed to all of our tastes. So much variety! If we ever get back to Minneapolis, I will visit Zelo again!

I was pleased that the pizza could be delivered to our hotel since we were too tired to go out. When it came though it was lopsided and kind of mushy. To be fair we got three toppings on a thin crust. The tomato sauce was excellent on the pizza though.

Liked the thin crust pizza but the service was erratic (one really good server and one 'helper' who seemed inconvenienced that we asked her to order drinks). Very large full chicken wings that were good and came with your choice of two dipping sauces. The overall cleanliness of the place left me a little uncomfortable but I would definitely go back given the quality of the food.

We were in town to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were in search of a casual environment & hubby was in mood for Italian. We wanted more farm to table/in-house made too. Red Rabbit checked all the boxes and more. Super food, creative menu to lightly challenge your palette. Excellent drinks, beer, & wine offerings. Canât say enough good things. Wait staff was incredibly attentive - specifically Drew who was first class!! Relaxed environment.

We had reservations on a Friday night, were seated as soon as we arrived. Our waiter was attentive, but not the friendliest I've met. The two first courses we ordered were just ok - pretty bland honestly. Martini was so-so. Homemade pastas were delicious. I'm glad we tried it, but we will go back to our usual. The place is very cool but insanely loud.
