This is a pretty average place... Average service, average food, average presentation, average quality, etc. I pass on it and go for Firestorm Cafe Pizza in Hinckley or Pizza Hut if I don't want to leave Pine City. Their taco pizza is good there though and not everyone offers one of those.

you can't go wrong with breadsticks from Pizza Hut. They're always good. I ordered the Skinny chicken with white sauce pizza. The sauce tasted sour. I imagined it would taste somewhat like a chicken Alfredo pizza and it didn't taste anything like that. That was disappointing. I would return here again but probably just order a pepperoni pizza instead. You can't go wrong with just pepperoni. The waitress was very nice and te ambiance of the place was chill.

The Floppy Crappie has had many names over the years and has a history of going out of business. Hopefully, this time theyâll be successful, because their Saturday night special â BBQ Ribs - are exceptional.Another couple joined my wife and me after hearing that the restaurant with the best lakeside view in Pine City had re-opened. When we got there, the bar was busy but the restaurant room overlooking Pokegama Lake wasnât. The waitress handed up the menus which featured standard bar food and homemade pizza. We were advised that they did have ribs on special that nightâ¦a half rack for $12 or a full rack for $15. Three of our group ordered the ribs and the fourth ordered the chefâs salad. The ribs were superb...tasty and fall-off-the-bone tender. The baked potato was done just right and the other sides were very good. Plus the waitress was very attentive. Weâll be back!
