Vegan options in this part of Minnesota seem few and far between but the Uptown has a stir fry salad that was quite good. Our server was great, too.

My family went out for dinner tonight at Maasconi's. Service first off was superior! Tap beer choices were great including local breweries, which we order that were great and cold. Appetizer we ordered was the Buffalo Shrimp, which was flavorful. Entrees that we ordered were steak, garlic shrimp, and Maasconi Pasta which I ordered. Pasta was great with a good mix of flavor! Recommend to anyone! Comments from the garlic shrimp were great! Also the steak was flavored and tender. A must if in the Wadena/Verndale area. Will keep going back!
