This past Thursday afternoon was a lovely sunny day, and my husband and I decided to take a drive to Meisterâs and have a couple beers on the outdoor patio. It is a huge place out back. There are 20-30 tables with chairs, a stage for entertainment, a volleyball court, a playground, and an outdoor bar (not open). We have come here a couple times a year for over 15 years. They have good burgers and other items to eat. On this particular day the guy behind the bar was cooking all the taco meat for the day. I told him whatever he was cooking smelled good, and he informed me it was taco night. We did not eat this time, and because we were the only people here at 4:30 we had to order inside and bring our beer out. Went in for one refill each and there were 6 other people there. As we were leaving a few more cars pulled into the lot. It was a beautiful day to sit out on the wonderful patio!

Tropical tiki bar in Downtown Stillwater, MN! Excellent patio & indoor seating. Serving premium topical drinks, small plates & live music all year round!
This is one of the cutest places Iâve been in in recent times, and thatâs what makes this so disappointing! I wanted to like it so much! My husband and I walked in from the street and a friendly girl asked if we wanted a table. We said we hadnât been here before so we were going to go inside to check everything out. We ordered a beer at the bar and they gave us a menu. We asked if we could go outside, the bartender, with the waitress said yes! We sat outside for 15 minutes without any contact from anyone. Anyone! The outside waitress told us where to sit even. Weird. Maybe there was a reason this place was sparsely populated... We decided to finish our beer and go spend our money on dinner at Nacho Mamaâs who wanted to pay attention to us. Great service over there, no service at the Tilted Tiki. We will not be back! Hello. This is Chris the owner of the Tilted Tiki. First, I apologize that you weren't followed up with by a server on our patio. I have addressed this with the staff. We take feedback seriously and learn from it.But...after reading your review several times I'm a little baffled by such a negative response. You say no service, yet you were greeted promptly when entering (friendly, as it read). You ordered drinks at the bar and sounds like that went well. The bartender and waitress said you could sit outside, sounded positive! The waitress even guided you to a table. Now, this is probably where the communication went wrong. I'm not sure if you told the waitress if you wanted to order food. Or, since you ordered from the bar, the communication from our bartender was bad. We have quite a few customers that just order at the bar and keep a tab open and go back in for more. Yep, the waitress should have gotten back to you. Not sure if she thought you were just having drinks and decided to give you time to finish your first ones. That was wrong and we have discussed this. But I don't think reviewers think about what affect their comments can have on a small business. To intentionally go out of your way to say mean spirited things always confuses me. I guess I'm from the old saying - if you don't have anything nice to say....but to say things like "maybe there was a reason this place was sparsely populated" "we will not be back!" is mean, and a direct way to try and influence others not to go there. And if that's your intention, then that's your prerogative I guess. Just nothing I would do. In fact, in my 60 years of life I have never written a negative review. What we restaurant owners would prefer is have you politely address the situation at that time with a manager instead of taking to social media. We would take that feedback graciously and make improvements.Actually, what I would have done (and have many times) is just called the waitress over and tell her you wanted to order food, or another drink. It is a small patio and would have been easy to do. You may be correct in that she should have come over.We are a mom and pop restaurant. We will never be perfect. But we try to make our customer's experiences good ones. Yes, we are human and make mistakes. All I ask is to think about what you are doing on social media and what it's affects can be on small businesses.Thank you.

We recently brought a group for lunch. Everyone had a choice of chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were delicious. We were assigned one waitress of 47 people which was not adequate. We were delayed and late for our trolley tour. Fortunately, they brought the trolleys right to the restaurant for boarding. Would go back but probably not with a group as the service was not adequate.

I should have read Trip Advisor sooner. My husband and I want here with $150.00 gift certificate from Lora. Even though Feller is on the Lora website under Food and Beverage apparently the relationship ends online. Fellers could not take our gift certificate. They called a manager but the answer was the same. We werenât really prepared for buying an expensive dinner and Fellers is not where we would have chosen to do so, but we were stuck. To their credit they comped our wine. The meal was fine and the atmosphere OK but not really worth the prices they charge. We wonât be back. I wish there were some way to earn others about the gift certificate âscam.â We have $150 we wonât use.

We weren't planning to eat at Whitey's but after looking over the menu decided on some drinks and appetizers. Reasonable prices and good drink and food selection. We enjoyed some meaty and flavorful slow roasted pigs wings along with some spicy cooked to perfection asparagus. Prompt and consistent service.

Ate here with friends for lunch. Really enjoyed the fact that we were able to enjoy the outdoor seating area! Tables were granite topped barrels with urban bonfires and comfortable seats. We were greeted by a server named Jess and she was very attentive to our needs. I ordered the Sausage pizza and my partner ordered soup and sandwich. The pizza had a crispy thin crust, was covered in cheese and the sausage was very flavorful! My partner liked the BLT sandwich but found the bean and ham soup to be on the salty side. Overall, our experience was great and service was excellent! Thank you for a pleasant afternoon! Will return again!

This restaurant just opened March 28. Featuring English pub food.
Found the place as a spot to eat as we went to explore Stillwater on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly wait staff, also helpful about suggesting where we might need to visit in our exploration. Food was good, tasty burger and interesting that steak fries (they call them something different) were served in a glass. The place takes on a Colonial atmosphere given it's located at New England Place. Worth visiting.

Casual, fun atmosphere with great upscale pub food and the best beer selection in the Valley. Family friendly, and a great place to meet friends whether for drinks or to catch the game, a local icon for 33 years and counting.
Mad Capper is always a sure thing. My wife and I stopped in for dinner a couple days ago and weren't disappointed. Just a light supper with chili and fries but oh were they good. Plus great wine and draft beer. And really good service. We will be back!

Amazing drink selection with $5 martinis, fun and very large bloody marys. The Lemon Drop was spectacular, no too sweet, not too sour, sassy perfection. They have a great on tap selection including Tito's weekly feature on tap. Large wrap around bar with a few tables. Great music and good service. We enjoyed
