My husband and I arrived at Short & Tall on a Sunday at 5 and got right in. Previously on a Friday or Saturday night the wait was too long. The beer selection is extensive (almost overwhelming) and we got to sample to find our favorite. I had the Baja grilled chicken sandwich which has guacamole and mango salsa and is delicious! My husband rated his Gouda mushroom burger 9/10. The fries and seasoned dipping sauce were outstanding. We had a great seat for the basketball game. Great time, I would highly recommend this place!

I came here for an afternoon to watch a Broomball tournament. The drinks were cheap, however the bartender made my bloody mary incorrectly and tasted horrible. Afterwards, we ordered food and I ordered the chicken ceasar wrap. NO CHICKEN was inside, just lettuce and croutons and the "tator tots" on the side were not even cooked. On top of that, the server forgot my drink order three times. Will not be returning.

I've been here 3 times now, and each time I've had great food that has come out quickly. The inside is interesting. The happy hour drink prices are also a great deal. Service has also been good.

Stopped in for a late night bite to eat. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Our server was very attentive. The salad was delicious as was the French fries and chicken sandwich. Prices are reasonable. Menu could have a few more options. Overall a nice place to eat

For visitors from out of state with little to no experience with Minnesota, this restaurant should suit your needs. Good food, some local specialties....try the walleye. Lots of good choices on the menu some very healthy and some less healthy but surely delicious. The service was superb...Haley, probably got the spelling wrong, the prices are affordable and watching Minnesotans was worth every penny.

BK is a great new addition to the St. Michael area. Featuring upscale pub food with homemade German sausages and delights. Over 20 beers on tap, featuring local favorites. We tried the BK Frittes which were delicious, along with the Pretzel Knot appetizer. Both were great and served hot. Décor is kind of industrial, yet comfortable with TV's and occasional live music. This area has been starving for a new concept. Check it out!

Love this place overall - small town cafe bar type place, with arcade for kids, tvs, full bar, hard scoop ice cream, and incredible burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. However, service over the past couple years has really slowed down. You can be the only one in there, and it takes 2x longer than it should to get a drink, food ordered, food served, etc. Try it - you will love the food, but the service needs to improve.

I liked this place, it was a straightforward bar that serves food. I had the fried chicken which was pretty good. I was also very happy to see that they served regular Coors beer which seems to be a rarity these days. I hope to try their pizza someday.

We go to space aliens every few months. The kids enjoy playing the games and getting the prizes. Most of the games and prizes are geared towards kids 10 and under.Service is good but food is mediocre.The quality of ingredients seems low. Burgers have been dry and pizza is bland. I have tried a few other things and never been impressed with the food. Neat atmosphere though.
