This place used to be good. Nice patio. Summer salad does't have the candied pecans as stated in menu - not many berries compired to past . Three taco items on menu, but ran out of taco shells by mid afternoon. Extremely slow service.

My husband and I went here on a Wednesday evening. We have been here maybe about once a year over the past 10 years, but have only had apps and beer. This time my husband ordered the chicken breast with asparagus and rice. He really liked all of it. The white garlic bun was tasteless, but my husband wasnât interested in that anyway. I ordered the Reuben Burger which was really tasty. It was pumpernickel bread with a burger, corned beef, sour kraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing on the side. It was really good, and the bread was toasted crisply! We sat at the bar and our server Jordan was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Typical sports bar really. The food was pretty good. One of us had a killer Berger but the rest was average. The little drinks were not cool at all. Seriously, 6oz cups with ice made for a pretty expensive drink!The staff was friendly for the most part. The patio manager was a bit shady looking. Not in any real hurry to go back, but I would. I'd sit inside next time

There were 4 of us who met at 4:45 for a kind of early supper. There is a good selection of entrees and sandwiches, and we had heard âeverything is goodâ from our daughter.Our food arrived, my husband had the tater tot hot dish, he said it was very good. Another had the fried fish, also very good, but, felt the batter was too thick. Another had the California burger, he said, it was âso so.â I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, which too came with French fries, but mine were cold, not even a bit warm. Theirs were piping hot, I obviously got the last of an earlier cooked batch. I told our waiter, who wisked my meal away, with apologies. 7 minutes later my meal returned, the French fires were piping hot, but now my burger was on the cold side. Fortunately it was very good, would have been delicious hot! Since my companions were more than halfway through eating, I said nothing. But next time....

We had their Country Style Ribs with Au Gratins potatoes and a salad with Blue Cheese Dressing ($14.99). If you live within eating distance of this place, GO THERE and try this meal! The salad is just a salad but good. The ribs and potatoes are out of this world....now we'll have to go their for dinner tonight....my mouth is watering thinking about it! I did not have dessert this time but their desserts are excellent also!

We went here for our first time because we heard a few years back the burgers were good. I donât think that is true anymore. We had a burger with cheese and onions. It was not very memorable. I actually would have preferred a Wendyâs burger. We upgraded for 2 more dollars to have onion rings. We received TWO onion rings. Yes, they were about 1 inch thick, but two. It looked like half the meal was missing on the plate and we had to laugh when it arrived. I also did not filter my mouth and said âserious, just twoâ. The waitress didnât say anything. Long story short, we wonât be back. Food was meh.

This VFW is located right on White Bear Lake and is open to the public. They have an outdoor deck over-looking the lake. The food is super reasonable but very tasty! We had the Walleye Fingers which came with fries, for less than $10 and it was enough to feed two people! We will definitely return!

We stopped tonight on our way home from a golf trip. Our bartenders, Jahan & Alec were outstanding! We ordered the Calamari, New Orleans shrimp & Chicken Quesadilla - the quesadilla was one of the best I ever had! We will definitely be back to experience the fabulous customer service we had at the bar! Keep up the good work guys!
