We had the Sasquatch, (very good ). Their oven is heated with wood, so the pizza cooks very fast. The next time we come up we'll be stopping again.

We stopped in for breakfast after we found The Barn closed. We weren't disappointed. Cafe style restaurant. I had the eggs and smokies. and my wife had the loaded hash browns. Both were excellant!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and ordered a take out pizza. Goat cheese and mushrooms. The pizza was good, wood fired grill type with thinner crust. Could have used a bit more goat cheese but overall I enjoyed it.

They need to start by carrying better wines. Flavorless Zin!The bread was cold and DRY. Yuck. The Lobster Bisque was the only thing that made this meal palatable because I put some on The tasteless vegetables. The worst Prime Rib Iâve ever had the misfortune of tasting. Again I canât believe how awful this food was. How does this place get 4+ ???Maybe their lunch is ok. Would NOT recommend for dinner for sure.

Stopped in for dinner after a rainy day of inactivity. We were seated right away, but not long after we arrived, the rush hit. We were lucky to have ordered already. Burgers and cheese curds were good. Service started out good, but they were unprepared for the amount of people that came in after us. We sat for 20 minutes or more just to get our check while lots of people were eyeing up our table wishing we would leave.

Christmas Point is a shopping destination with over 26,000 square feet of furniture, home decor, kitchen gadgets, gourmet foods, clothing, shoes, toys, jewelry, and to top it off, a cafe' that serves fresh baked goods, coffee, and a fantastic lunch.
I can buy everything in the store. Too bad I live in Southern California. Has very trendy home decorations, clothing and furniture. Itâs a lot bigger than the location in Walker. This location also has a cafe, and restaurant. These two glass deco were bought there on my trip to Minnesota and the Lake of the Woods (not candle holder).

Mrs. and I stopped here for lunch on our way home from Alexandria. Very impressed with the atmosphere and the service! We both had the seafood po boy sandwich with fries. We were both impressed with the flavor of the sandwiches, and it seemed to be the perfect amount of fries. Overall, we were very impressed and plan on returning next time we pass through Brainerd!

Popped in after church. We got in before the rush. Looks like 40-44 is the max capacity. Always busy. Famous for the Maid-rite, The Barn has been around a long, long time. They are just open for breakfast and lunch (and homemade pies!) There is a reason there is often a waiting line. Delicious food, low prices! Yum!

I was traveling up north with a bunch of former college friends and we met here for lunch before heading over to Crosby for a few nights. It was too cold to sit outside (unbelievable to this Atlanta-based gal!) Our waitress was great and the food was good. I had the Walleye Po' Boy which was okay but really over-fried. I wish we could have visited again and enjoyed the patio!

Restaurant at Madden's Resort
Best to have a reservation. We did not when we arrived. Since there was going to be a wait, we went tot he bar for a drink. The bartender was wonderful. He suggested we stay at the bar and dine there. We had not thought of that. We took his suggestion and we were glad we did. The atmosphere was very nice. It was not too loud. There was a beautiful view. It is nice restaurant for a special occasion. In the appetizers there were three wings choices. We had the lemon wings that were very nice. We then had the risotto of the day and the Thai shrimp. Both were delicious. The amount in each dish was adequate and filling. The preparation of the meal did not take an excessive amount of time. The bartender (our waiter for the evening) was attentive and so very kind. We truly enjoyed his service. We would return to this restaurant in the future.Thank you for your review! Something to note is that The Classic Grill does not take reservations, which allows all our guests to dine there. We are delighted that you stayed to dine with us, and that you enjoyed the atmosphere and meal. We hope to serve you again!
