My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary in Mineral Point and chose this spot for dinner. Cozy, old world atmosphere and great food and beer. Make sure to take a growler home with you if you like their beer!Congratulations and thanks for celebrating with us. Come again!

This place had the best smoked everything, Briskets, ribs and sausage. Service was timely and polite. Family gathering type environment. Ibbqlook forward to eating here again on our next mini vacation. Affordable cost and a high quality in food and customer service.

In those child hood yesterday years there are things that are dear to heart. And some call them crispies and other elephant ears. But for the excellence of perfection the Quality Bakery is continuing on that same great anytime treat. Love these goodies.

We started our meal with fabulous Hot Chocolate, topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup! Everything on the menu sounded wonderful. We decided on Cubana and Tasty Turkey sandwiches, trading so we each got half of each sandwich. Both were delicious. Our glasses of water included a slice of lemon, what a nice touch! The Cooks Room has a nice atmosphere with great staff, and delicious food.

Celebrated a birthday at Gray Dog Deli and it was perfect! We were a party of 6 and everyone was happy. The menu is varied and tasty! They serve a nice variety of wine and beer along with coffee and teas. The staff was so pleasant and yet professional. We will definitely return the next time our travels take us near the Mineral Point area!

Family owned cafe located in historical downtown Mineral Point. Serving fresh Cornish pasty daily for over 40 years. Breakfast served all day. We appreciate your business!
Old fashioned cafe with lots of stools around a counter, plus a few tables and booths. Also a bakery, so good pastries. Can't go wrong, even with things you can't pronounce.

Southwestern Grille and Margarita Bar
A small restaurant in the historic downtown area. The first surprise was the appetizer queso fundido. Not the normal questo and chorizo, but a delicious dish with added peppers, tomatoes, corn and more. Wanting enchiladas, the waitress recommended the smoked brisket ones. The mole sauce with the smoked brisket was an amazing combination.
While bottled Mexican beers are available, all of the tap choices are Wisconsin micro brewery beers.
They are only open for dinner.

I love this place. It has gone through several incarnations as different restaurants. I hope this one sticks. The drinks are delicious -- craft cocktails crazy cheap. The pizza is very yummy, Neapolitan style with a nice chewy crust. Great atmosphere. Excellent small town Wisconsin.

Food is good for bar food; staff and locals are friendly. Under new ownership but still the same old place.

We visited twice within a week. The atmosphere was wonderful so my daughter and I brought mom back for the second visit. Weak-ish food the first time was out right poor the second time.
I found it very disconcerting that on our first visit we told our waitress we would most likely be back next week, and then when we did return she never acknowledged us. Given that we were the only customers on our first visit and I wear very distinctive glasses I don't think that it's because she did not recognize us.
The mashed potatoes were instant from a box, the gravy was instant from a box, the fish dinner (fish fry) was 3 very small pieces, tough and tasteless. The liver and onions was unremarkable, the beef vegetable soup was from a can and the green beans were from a can. The pistachio desert, was also instant from a box. If this is what you seek, then you will find it here.
On the other side of the coin, the pot roast was very good and the rhubarb pie was good with large helpings of ice cream.
We would not not return again.
