The best location
Reviewed By 994annamariaI was fortunate enough to spend a week in a lovely rented room. Location could not be better. The sea at your feet and when I speak of sea I mean crystal clear turquoise waters on a pebble beach. On the beach just opposite the house there are restaurants and cafés with free sunbeds. As for the host (Christina) she is the best of all .... friendly, helpful, courteous ... always with a big smile! The rooms were always clean and comfortable.I underline.... the location is incredible!

Mikri Mantineia, a location of summer houses, is situated at a distance of 8 Km. from the centre of the town of Kalamata, which, after Patras, is the second largest city of the Pelopponese counting on approximately 70,000 inhabitants.

Reviewed By stargazer1964The rooms are very clean and equipped with anything a family would need for a comfortable stay (refrigerator, washing machine for clothes, washing machine for dishes, ironing board etc), the staff (especially Rachel!) are very polite and willing to help you with anything you need, the rooms have a lot of space and the place is very quiet when you go to bed and want to have a good night's sleep (very important!). You will not find a big variety when you go for breakfast, but anything you eat is of good quality. I went there a few days ago, stayed in a 50 square meters room and paid 125 euros per night, which is not too much in my opinion... You will find other hotels in the area but if you want something similar, you will certainly pay more and nobody will know your name when you go for breakfast every morning!.... Personally I would go back anytime! And Rachel, thank you for your valuable help, it was really appreciated!

Reviewed By MªIsabel gI travelled with my family and the hosts were really attentive with us. The room was large and very comfortable. Good beds and good views. Everything was new. Not expensive. A really good place to come back.
