From scratch take-out at sensible prices. Dine with us or take your food to go! For every dining occasion, it's just easier at Outlanders.
Our son & daughter-in-law got us a gift certificate to Outlanders for babysitting while they went to FL. We had never been here before. I had the special- salmon with zoodles (which I'd never eaten before). Both the salmon and zoodles were very good. My husband had a chicken enchilada bowl which was also very good. Then, we each had a piece of carrot cake- yum!! Probably the best carrot cake we've ever eaten. It wasn't very busy when we were there but it was mid afternoon. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and all of the windows made it bright & airy. I will recommend this place to others.

I went here after remembering it being a favorite from when I was in college some 30 years ago. It looked exactly the same. I got the lasagna. you can get just the lasagna, or you can make it a meal with soup, salad and garlic bread for about 8.00 more. I made it a meal, and enjoyed the salad very much. It was an antipasti salad with homemade Italian dressing, which was good. The minestrone soup was ok, but had kind of a strange flavor that I wasn't used to. The garlic bread is to die for! The lasagna was good, but not as thick and cheesy as I remembered. All in all, it was a good meal.

Two years ago I wrote a glowing review of The Piedmont, and I'm sad to have to take that back. Service remains superb, but the food has spiraled downhill. On a visit in January 2018 three of the four eaters at our table were distinctly underwhelmed by our choices; one more try, in July 2018, with a different group of four produced the same result. Their pastas are still pretty good, but everything else -- well, the seasoning is too much or too little, the textures are too hard or too mushy, the things that used to be imaginative have become mundane. The restaurant is in a hotel; alas, it seems to have morphed into that dreaded zone of culinary boredom, the "hotel restaurant." I will return -- among other reasons, it can be hard to find a restaurant in Marquette on a Sunday night -- but with sadly chastened expectations.

My husband and I were in town for a ski race. We stopped here after we left another restaurant because we were still hungry. We ordered fettuccine and red sauce to go. The young lady who waited on us was very helpful. When we told her we were sharing the meal, she provide an extra container so we'd each have our own. The pasta was wonderful! We will come here next year for our pre-race meal.

Since 1981, Casa Calabria has been serving up the best steaks, pasta, pizzas, salads and sandwiches. Winners of best steaks, dinner, Italian food, service and atmosphere for the past 7 years in voting fro Marquette County. Located just 2 blocks from North
The Casa has always been a favorite of mine. My husband and I ordered out off the appetizer menu. Meatballs, Italian sausage, a conbo that included a salad, meatballs, lasagna, garlic bread. We would definitely do that again! The food was packaged well and just as delicious as I have always remembered it.
