To my fellow Ann Arbor foodies, the quality of Logan Restaurant has drastically DECREASED. Unfortunately, seems as though the owner decided to save a few bucks and hire an inexperienced chef. Expect the same high prices with a 1/8 of the food quality! Enjoy your night elsewhere!Dear Bradley,We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your last experience at Logan. There has only been one Chef at Logan, Chef Thad. He only source the highest quality, local and organic ingredients. Thank for letting us know we did not live up to your expectations as we take our food and service seriously. If you do decide to give us another try please let us know so we can make it up to you.Sincerely,Ryan Gillies, Owner

So, I've been going to chop house and aventura, cafe zola, and, and, and. This is my new go to place. There's live jazz music everyday and you can always find an empty table either outside on the main or seat yourself inside. The place or decor is nothing fancy and the food is great. It comes out quick, hot and the chef takes care of his food artwork. Everything is very fresh. My fav is the pad thai with shrimp, and vegies are good too as well as the fries. Our hostess Anya...very pleasant. Thanks, we'll be back again. It's just a good food and drinks place to go. enjoy!

Black Pearl, a rare gem. Our seafood and martini bar is the kind of locales sought after and then adopted for its casual charm and welcoming ambiance. From its inception as one of the few family owned and operated single location venues in the vibrant hea
Have been a few ties, but wanted to go downtown for dinner with family. Were able to sit outside and also get happy hour prices. Ordered drink and a few appetizers. everyone except my self had fish or bean taco's. They all said the were ok. Have been better in the past. The calamari was also better last time. We also ordered an oyster flatbread. I would not order it again. it had the smallest oysters I have every seen. This was a very disappointing experience. To end the meal, our waiter scrapped off all the dishes at out table. How disgusting! We do not go out much on downtown Ann Arbor and I really wanted to like this place and tell our friends whos kids go to Michigan to try it. However, I might give it another chance with friends, but with choose another place for my family next time.
