This was one of the nicest stops on our trip up north Michigan to celebrate my boyfriendâs birthday the boat house restaurant is exquisite itâs clean the service is professional and friendly. ....I cannot say enough about this restaurant we were there on a Wednesday night and they had this great special a burger and a glass of cab for 16 bucks so thatâs what Ed and I both did..... the burger was cooked perfectly and the service was impeccable Ryan & Austin we like to give you a shout out for your great service and smiles! Also a shout out to the hostess Kelly for telling us to just take a cocktail outside and enjoy the Adirondacks chairs and the beautiful view while we wait for a table ......thanks Kelli that was really sweet of you to walk out and get us.... now thatâs service we enjoyed our trip up north tremendously and if we are in Traverse city we will make sure we stop at this restaurant again, The owner should be very proud to have a team so professional and happy (all the servers were smiling and loved what they do incredible) running this place for him

I was driving around the TC area and came across this small restaurant.. I decided to give it a go and check it out. They have several homemade soups made from scratch by a professional chef including sandwiches. The soups are fantastic. Simply put-best soups Iâve ever had and Iâve had a lot of soups in my life. There is no doubt that I will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. Really enjoyed my experience. If you live in the area ask for a punch card.

This is the training venue for Northwestern Michigan Collegeâs Culinary Institute. You canât go wrong! The view up West Bay is breathtaking. The menu is diverse and has more offerings than other Culinary Schools weâve gone to. I was with 7 other people. We all ordered 7 different entrees including salads, sandwiches, chicken margarita and steaks. Everyone was happy with their selection. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and hot when appropriate. The service was perfect. There is a small bakery case at the entrance of the beautiful second floor restaurant. You can run up or take the elevator and purchase baked goods without dining.Be sure you have a reservation!
