Livonia is a large suburb with an array of traditional neighborhoods (most of which were built in the 1950s and 1960s) connected to the metropolitan area by freeways. The population was 96,942 at the 2010 census, making it Michigan's ninth largest municipality. The municipality is a part of Metro Detroit, and is located approximately 15 miles (24 km) northwest of downtown Detroit, and less than two miles (3 km) from the western city limits of Detroit (Redford Township lies between the two).

There are several Senate Coney Islands in the area and they are all family owned. The Senate in Livonia has great tasting, fast service, and reasonably priced food. Excellent restaurant for a family to eat at, or to have a large group event at. Steve and his brother are very accommodating.Do not miss out on a visit here!!

This is a good restaurant. Good food, large portions, great service, and an excellent price. The menu has a very good selection. Will go back again the next time I am in the area.

We saw a very high TA rating (but only 8 reviews), so expected more than it was. My only complaint was the old fryer oil fregrance of the restaurant. The Club and Dill Pickle soup were okay, but not memerable. Fries were not hot and bland.Ray i am really sorry that you didnt have a good experience at or place . I would really appreciate it if you gave us another chance and let me make it up to you . Thanks

Situated in exclusive Laurel Park Mall one of the highest malls when ranked by sales per SF...sits the ultra casual but super fast Leo's Coney. Seated had water and menu within 3 minutes of entering...food within 5 more and my bill all in under 15 minutes.Not great food but salads are super fresh due to quick turnover and coffee refills are free.Will be back
