Ishpeming /ˈɪʃpəmɪŋ/ is a city in Marquette County in the Upper Peninsula of the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 6,470 at the 2010 census. This is down from a higher population in the 1950s and 1960s when the economically supportive iron ore mines employed more workers. A statue of a Native American figure, erected in 1884 in the small town square, is referred to as "Old Ish".

Went to this restaurant and they have a pretty big variety menu. I had the Lake Perch which was very good. They run specials throughout the week with Tuesday night kids eat free with adult meal purchased, Wednesday being ladies night and Thursday being 1/2 off pizza night, just to mention a couple nights.
Family friendly restaurant overlooking beautiful Teal Lake. Inside and outside dining available, as well as take-out and delivery.
Teal Lake Pizzeria won the 1st Annual Cudighi Cook Off last weekend, so I figured I'd give it a try. I got the cudighi with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cheese, and red sauce, and it came with a choice of chips or coleslaw, all for $8 and some change after tax -- a good deal. The coleslaw was really good, and the cudighi was pretty good, and a decent size. I'd rate it a 3.6 (rounds to 4), better than Ralph's over in Ishpeming.Show less
You just can't beat the food here. The owner makes his own cudighi and sauce and bread. The portions are good sized and the service is great. This is our go to place with friends for sandwiches and the best pizza in town.

Family owned and operated for over 30 years with pizza and cudighi all made from original family recipes! A great place to unwind after work or sporting events with friends and family for dinner and drinks or grab dinner to go! OPEN DAILY AT 4:00P.M. CLOS
We stopped in for a pizza and beer. This is a low key local joint with a friendly staff, a good selection of beers and pizzas. You can choose from a selection of different styles or build your own. The toppings are more than sufficient along with a tasty sauce on a crispy crust.
This is a very good Little Caesars. I have been to many different ones throughout my life and I think this one is at the top. Friendly staff. The new upgrades they have made to the layout and technology are pretty impressive. I will go again and I would recommend this place as a pretty good place.
Not a pizza hut fan but tried the new stuffed crust which we did not like. The rest of the pizza was fine. The service impressed me. Was talked to by 3 crew while waiting. Offered placesettings which I had forgotten. Crew came out from behind counter to get the door for me. Not needed for 1 pizza but appreciated.

We'd heard about the new ownership at the Venice and a group we liked was playing there so a bunch of us made the trip over from Marquette on a Tuesday night. It was great. The Tuesday night special was a large pizza for only $6, so even by the time we added on some extra toppings and a couple of drinks we still got out for under $15 for the two of us. The pizza was excellent. A very tasty sauce. Lots of cheese but not too much. And a perfectly done crispy thin crust. It would be hard to turn down that bargain on a Tuesday night, but otherwise I'd be very tempted to order the burger and fries that a friend was eating. The burger was fat and juicy and most amazingly, on a homemade ciabatta-like bun. I'd heard that they hand-cut their own fries, and took a taste. Also as good as I've ever found in the U.P. It's a nice room with a vintage vinyl floor, pool tables, darts, and live music most nights. Large clean bathrooms. Highly recommended.

This is everybody's stereotype of what an Italian restaurant should be. Big booths, vines on the ceiling, cozy, people laughing, good and plentiful food. The food is standard American Italian, tasty, and generously served. You'll go home with the next night's dinner in a box, and you'll enjoy it almost as much.

We stopped here for sandwiches based on Trip Advisor reviews. We are glad that we stopped for sandwiches; and bought supper too consisting of their homemade garlic bread, tortellini and marinara sauce. We also bought their capicola and mozzarella for breakfast. For sandwiches, we had a cudighi (coo-dee-gee) and the italian hero. All of the food was superb!!!Definitely a place to eat at and get extras for later!

Known for its pizza, the Congress has been a favorite restaurant around here for a long time. Our group of six seniors shared 3 large pizzas with just a few pieces left over. Thin crust with cudighi sausage seems to be pretty popular. My personal opinion is slightly different from everyone elseâs - the pizza sauce is too tomatoey for me, but with the other toppings and extra cheese was still delicious. We had a delightful server - Cassandra - very friendly and competent. On a Sunday night at 6:30 it wasnât too crowded but fair warning - Fridays and Saturdays can be very busy so expect a wait.
