We have heard good reviews but we're very disappointed in the atmosphere and overall attitude of the wait staff. We entered and approached what we thought was the hostess area only to be totally ignored by several passing staff. We finally stopped one who literally shouted as she passed "there's a wait for the patio". We stopped another person and explained we would sit inside. She gave us menus and said, "there is no hostess - I don't know why they don't explain that to youâ¦" We seated ourselves and then had to ask again to be served. Only 2 things save this review : 1 the pizza was awesome and 2 the kitchen staff actually came out to acknowledge and assure us that the gluten free pizza I ordered was being handled properly-no cross contamination! Hope this helps someone!

If you want order take out Italian Capri is your place. Great Pizza (thin crust), outstanding anti pasta salad, huge portions of spaghetti and lasagna, all served fresh and piping hot. Delivery or carry out (no sit down service) a true local gem.
I've been going to Potbelly for lunch for years, the food quality has been constantly good, the staff is friendly, it's not too packed and there are enough tables for everybody. Most of the time you can listen to Jerry who play great music, not too loud either so you can still have a nice conversation with your party.
I ordered the Ham and Swiss on wheat and it came out roast beef and cheese. Got the right one 5 minutes later. I also ordered the potato works soup, save your money as it was definately laking in the "works" part. I also ordered a Chocolate shake and I was impressed with how the 3 blender machine was being used for different flavors. My chocolate shake definately was not 100% chocolate as it had a left over taste of strawberry.

We've heard good things about the "original" Detroit-style pizza, so thought we'd try it. Now, of course, this is not the original original Buddy's, but we were in Southfield, so this suburban Buddy's would have to do. We placed a carryout order for an eight-square with pepperoni on the top, Italian sausage, green peppers, green olives, and black olives. Now, we understand that their normal placement for the pepperoni is under the sauce and cheese, but we like our pepperoni on the crispy side so hence our request (it's not like they don't offer pepperoni on top, as some of their specialty pizzas do it this way - they call it "old world style" or some such). Before we ended our call, we reminded the person taking our order that we wanted the pepperoni on top - they acknowledged this so we thought no problem. We get our pizza and, yep, you guessed it, the pepperoni was buried underneath the sauce and cheese so we got pepperoni cold cuts instead of crispy pepperoni like we like it - that's two "balls" of their score right there. They didn't follow our instructions on how to make our pizza (minus one) and then ignored our reminder that that's what we wanted (minus two).As we got to eating our mis-prepared pizza, we noticed a remarkable paucity of Italian sausage - most pieces had only a couple of little fingernail sized bits of sausage, a few pieces had only one. We also dissected a piece and found no pepperoni on it at all either. So, at least one eighth of our sausage and pepperoni pizza had only one half-inch bit of sausage and no pepperoni - that's another "ball" off the score, if we'd wanted a vegetarian pizza, we'd have ordered it that way.The pizza that we got was okay - the crust was fine with a little crunch around the edges from the caramelized cheese. There was plenty of green and black olive slices and a fair amount of green pepper (but not like most pizzas that we get around the country). We even got an extra - some onions here and there (sadly we don't like onions on our pizzas, but we'll leave the score at poor as we don't want to be too hard on this place).Overall, we can't recommend this place as they don't pay attention to what their customer's order, even when reminded. They are stingy on the meats on top of that. This pizza wasn't remotely close to being a reasonable value for the price we paid. We're sorry to hear we've missed the mark with you, as it's essential for us to ensure your pizza exceeds all your expectations. Our team would appreciate the opportunity to work towards your complete satisfaction and hope you'll give us the chance to speak with you further. I've been coming here since I was a child. Since Buddy's became sort of a "cookie cutter" franchise, the main place to get some official Detroit deep dish pizza was Shields. Haven't been here in about 2 years, but this place must have taken a turn for the worse. I get the same thing every time. The Pepperoni Prize with extra cheese, to go. Service was good as normal, ribs I ordered were good as always. But when I got home and looked in the box? The worse pizza I've ever ordered (including the "Pizza Pizza" variety). Not only was there hardly any cheese, and limited pepperoni, but hardly any sauce either! We live all the way in West Bloomfield, so there was no way i was driving all the way back. We had 3 slices...and had to toss it. And I NEVER throw food away. EVER. But this was just horrible. No flavor, super chewy and extra DRY. It seems like it was almost a joke. I'm not sure if the chef was having a bad day? Or was it something I said when I ordered? But this was down right offensive that they would let a product like this leave that Kitchen and expect someone to pay for it, let alone actually eat it. I'm afraid perhaps the demand for quality has left the customer base? As there is no way this place will stay open long serving up stuff like this when they are known for having some of the BEST. Sorry Southfield, another one of the great classic Pizza joints is nothing but a shell of it's formal self. Guess I'm stuck with these suburban Buddy's locations. Because even they would never stoop this low and let something that looks anything like this to leave their kitchen. Sad day. Purchased on Friday August 25th 2018 around 6:45pm.

Every time I go I order the thin crust seafood pizza. To me it's a little more on the healthier side be you don't have to worry about all of the bread from the dough if you trying to monitor your starch intake. I just love em!

Have been here many times for business lunches and dinners. Reliable menu. Good service, even during peak periods. Pastas, salads, pizza==all good. Outdoor seating during good weather. Free parking in contiguous lot (although always full during peak periods). Good place.

On February 27, 2012, we opened our doors hoping to bring something truly unique to you: affordable gourmet. It may sound really cliché, but you'll find something for everyone here. Call us crazy, but we think the idea of having only one "price point" at
Nice restaurant, it has two areas, one which is self order and cafeteria style. The other section is a full service restaurant with a full bar. The wait staff was very attentive, courteous and aimed to please! Our waiter was great and made our night enjoyable! The food was delicious, My husband and I split the spaghetti and meat balls. Delicious but the meat balls are quite spicy! One friend ordered a personal pizza and said it was outstanding. Another ordered the salmon sandwich which came with potato chips, the salmon was perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if youâre in Berkeley, Michigan.

It seems every time I come here the great staff at Bacco out performs my expectations. The diver scallop appetizer with mushroom sauce is one of the best thing ever that Iâve put in my mouth. The balance is perfect. You must try this! The fresh halibut was a daily feature and delicious. The portion size was big and once again everything with balance so well.
