Our group met at the restaurant inside USA Hockey Arena. We had appetizers of spinach dip, pizza rolls, pretzels with cheese, and chips and salsa. Our service was good. The room is large enough for at least 30 people. We ordered our entrees in addition. We each got our own bills. The entrees received were quite accurate. Then we went to the hockey game.

I've lived in Plymouth a long time and had never tried the Penn Grill. Late afternoon Wednesday...sat outside with noisy traffic but it was cleaner than the grubby indoor area with the loud TV's. Pizza was on special and it was okay. Ridiculous amount of cheese on the veggie pizza. It was really too much cheese to be good. Friend's Reuben was good and she liked the fries. The pizza and the fries were both not quite warm enough. We just drank coffee so I can't speak to the cocktails. Service was a little scattered but she was pleasant. We'd probably give the place another try but it wasn't anything special on our first visit.

They did a great job catering this event. It wasn't a separate room, but an area on the patio that was partitioned off. The food was very good. Service was very accommodating and did a great job. Didn't care for the high top tables and the noise level was very loud. There was live music and the whole place was packed. It was hopping! Better for a younger crowd, the oldrr folks had trouble with the noise level. Overall a very nice experience.

Great place to hang out, drink, & eat for lunch & dinner. Happy hour is a special treat. On Friday they offer 1/2 off of the dinner plate of fish & chips if ordering any kind of drink. This really is a great deal. The fish is a huge piece, & the fries are also plentiful. Deep fried to perfection this deal can't be beat. It is also served with coleslaw. The décor is also fun to explore. Parking can be rough, as all of Plymouth experiences.

We came to Plymouth for the first time for Art in the Park. We escaped the heat and came in for a cold drink and a "snack." We all had appetizers which ended up being pretty filling! I had the ribs which were delicious; very tender. My companion had the Bang Bang Shrimp which were good; our friends had the spinach pear salad and the nachos. No complaints! The young woman who took care of us was very sweet but not too attentive. She forgot to give us napkins and when asked for hand wipes, "she forgot." I waited 10 minutes to get some.

I was here years ago and was unimpressed. Tried it again with a group of six and we all liked our food. Hermann's is probably known for their burgers but I don't eat beef so I can't review those personally. My friend said his was very good. Rave reviews on other sandwiches and my maurice sandwich was pretty tasty although it needed a little more in the way of pickles and olives. Fish and chips, soup and salads were all plenty okay. The place is dark and old looking but I guess that's part of the charm. Lunch wasn't busy but I imagine that evenings get rowdy. Service was good.

We had a lovely dinner at the Ironwood Grill. It was nice to get an outdoor table on a beautiful summer evening. Service was prompt, attentive and efficient. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I was especially pleased with the Stuffed Portobello Mushroom. Being a vegetarian, I often have to settle for a veggie burger. This was a beautifully presented entree that was also delicious We will definitely return..

Service was very good and accommodating. I was not in a hurry to order and we only got appetizers on a Sunday night. The server treated us with respect like we were ordering bottles of Dom. It was a very nice experience. I was surprised by the music. It was a mix of Prince and some older 80's tunes and they repeated the same songs (some of them) more than a few times. How many times can one hear Diamond Girl? We will be back.
