This is a tiny, but super-authentic little place that probably only seats about 30-40 people. It's open for limited hours, and you'll almost always have to wait, but it's worth it! Super fresh sushi, and absolutely delicious Udon. If you don't want to wait, try going for a late weeknight dinner. Otherwise, arrive before they open for your best shot at a table. The place is always filled with Japanese nationals, who know this is the real deal. Affordably priced for the quality you get. I hate to give a good recommendation, as it will only get more crowded! :)

I've never felt it worthwhile to spend the time creating an account to leave a review, whether good or bad. However, this place is so good I finally buckled. I come here regularly as this is my "go-to" for business lunches in the area. I've never had a bad meal as it's always fresh and served with great service. The King Shrimp roll is my favorite but there are many delicious options.Note, I like this place for "newbies" as the menu has pictures and full descriptions of their special rolls, rather than just having to guess from the sushi menu.Definitely worth it if you're in the area (and even if you're not)!
The moment I walked in the shop I smelled the sweet bakery where I first knew this smell in Indonesia. My friend and I ordered the plain bun and Mona Lisa Bun( the most tansy one) with Karak Tea and a coffee. They were so delicious. The perfect sweeten which I like. The staff were very nice and friendly. Nice shop to have a coffee break and meet with friends.
This is a total remake of a mediocre Chinese restaurant that had been in this space for many years. The first thing that hits you is a handwritten notice that they no longer serve sushi (despite it being prominent on their outdoor marquee). We got off to a good start â shrimp chips, excellent hot & sour soup, crispy spring rolls. We ordered the vegetable curry with chicken in red coconut curry sauce and pad pwd in red curry sauce. Plenty of rice, great veg curry, but the pad ped was horrible. The promised vegetables were scant except for an overload of bamboo shoots, the taste of which totally, completely overwhelmed the dish. We fished out the shrimps and other vegs and what was left was a whole plate of bamboo shoots. Our server didnât even acknowledge our comments about it when she came over halfway through the meal, just shrugged it off. We mentioned it to the manager (?) when we paid and she took 1/2 off that dish from the check. She said sheâd speak with the chef. Nice gesture, and it was appreciated. But with the sheer number of good Thai places within a stoneâs throw, we wonât be going back. Iâd be afraid to try another dish.

Love the Thai food at Bangkok kitchen. Ordered carry-out and the order was prepared quickly and accurately, was hot and tasted great!

Isn't it fun to travel, without leaving Your home? The TV moniter shows news cast, in Korean! The food is tasty, but a little expensive. The waitstaff can barely speak English, so try to be patient with them.

We came here for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon and the place was fairly empty. We started off with a soft shell crab appetizer which was excellent, although not served traditionally as the whole crab but in pieces. My wife had the wonton soup which was excellent. For entrees I had braised bean curd (tofu) with veggies which was quite good and my wife had shrimp and chicken Lo Mein which, sad to say, was 80% chicken and 20% shrimp. It was rather boring. Naively, we were expecting a 50-50 mixture. All the dishes were served piping hot which is a big plus for me.

With a love for sushi I opted to try this place because it was always busy. I understand why! The fish is fresh and odor free and tastes great! packed with local asians I got a sense the food was going to be authentic and taste good. I was NOT disappointed. The food here is amazing and came out quick! Cost is average for sushi and portion size is very acceptable! I will be back and recommend to anyone wanting great sushi experiences. Service is quick and attentive to match the food!

Average. Upgrade to shrimp fried rice did not seem worth it; rice was dry and relatively bland. Egg rolls placed in carton with food, unlike some other places that put them in a separate bag; this caused all our egg rolls to be soggy. Even fortune cookies were somewhat flavorless compared to our more frequent takeout place. Szechuan chicken was decent but the brown sauce seemed generic. The Detroit area is sadly lacking in quality Chinese restaurants like can be found in other big metropolitan areas. They are largely mediocre with lower quality ingredients. We would gladly pay more for fresh and tasty flavor.
