Truly excellent! The service was fabulous. We all had the smaller filet steak. Marvelous and cooked to perfection. Great side dishes - the mashed potatoes and the German potatoes side! Yummy! The garlic green beans were equally smashing! Then the bill came. Wow! Exceptionally reasonable! Weâre going again!!

We had lunch here yesterday and had a great meal once again. The service is fast, with meals brought out to the table. Ordering at the counter is challenging as it is not as easy to see everything on the wall menu. However, I do know what I like and am able to ask questions at the counter. I had a delicious pumpkin spice coffee this time and it was made just perfectly. I enjoyed my BLT and onion rings. This is the first time ordering and they were good. My husband had the fried perch sandwich and fries. He said it was hot and tasty as well. Great place to eat and meet for lunch.

This restaurant has many items on their menu. Although they do not have "Michigan Lake Perch" at this time, as shown on their web page on their sign out front, they do have good Walleye. You get your choice of sides, and you do get to go to their soup and salad bar which has several offerings. The day we went, they had potato soup and broccoli soup, both very good. When they brought my Walleye entree, I was very surprised at how large the fillet was. I had it with baked potato. They also bought a container of sour cream, several packs of butter, and tarter sauce. They do offer free refills on coffee, however, we had to ask, our waitress who did not come back to our table and pour more. It was not that busy, and she should have returned and asked if we needed more. She was friendly enough though. They do offer "breakfast all day" which is nice for those who like that type of food better than dinner entrees. After dinner some in our party did order some of their dessert. I had their Pecan pie which was very good. Next time I may have some of their Cheesecake which they apparently are noted for.Beware, their rest rooms are on the "cold" side.

I have been coming here since this place has opened and in the last 6 months service has really went downhill. Almost all of the regular waitstaff has left for other opportunities and their replacements are not near a good. In my last 2 visits I have had issues. In the first visit the waiter forgot our food order totally. We came in as usual and each of us ordered a flight. We also ordered a meal to split. After our first flight was finished we ordered another one as we were still waiting on the food. We had to track down our waiter to get the 2nd flight and he said the food would be out shortly when asked. We were still drinking our 2nd flight and he just laid down the check on our table, it wasn't a busy night when he did that. I asked about our food and he said he forgot to put it in and then just walked away. He came back a few minutes later, as we were still drinking and wanted us to pay. I paid and asked if a manager was in and was told there was not. That was in late July, early August. We went in a few days ago in October and while the service was better than the last, as we actually got our food, but our waitress still was not that friendly and couldn't actually recommend any of the beers on tap as she wasn't sure exactly what they had. In the past the nice blond haired waiter would always recommend beers on tap for us to try. It is a shame that he is no longer there and has moved on to a major beer distributor job. I did get to try the new Chicken Pizza Panini, which is a good addition to the menu.

Year round, The Creek Grill offers a full bar, fireplace, and live music on Friday nights! During the summer, we have a patio for outdoor seating, a sand volleyball court, and two horseshoe pits!
A freestanding restaurant with lots of available parking. Inside lobby seating area has typical roadhouse atmosphere. Hostess sat us immediately and server came quickly to table with menus, to tell us about dinner specials and to take our orders. Have never before experienced a server spouting SO MANY specials that she had them all written down for fear of forgetting too many of them. Our Quesadillas appetizer was a nice size and both it and the Guac that came with it tasted good, Our Fish and Chips were a disappointing what appeared to be three small frozen reheated fish sticks and tasteless. The Rice Bowl that came with it was stuck together rice with diced tomato pieces and heavily laden with cheese. Strange combination and also tasteless. Our half rack of ribs were a nice size but very dry and over covered with a thick sauce, Tough to separate the taste of meat from taste of sauce. Fries were thick cut and a nice golden color looking and tasty decent. The Onion Straws that also came with it were of a nice golden color and also tasted decent. Server was fast, efficient and friendly.

We ate there when we stayed at the Holiday Inn. We got in pretty late and my husband was not too excited to eat there. He was pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks are really good. He had the gyro and I had the cheesesteak sandwich. Both very delicious. The raspberry mojito is amazing. Our waiter was awesome. Most definitely we'll be back!Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to our restaurant. We are happy that we could make your experience at Big Eâs so valuable to you. Heard good things about Lasko's when they first opened so we gave them a shot. Food certainly OK but I have particularly high expectations as I typically only eat a places with many TripAdvisor excellent ratings. Don't know, didn't check Lasko's current TA reviews and we may have hit them at a difficult time in their startup.I always order the two eggs, meat, toast and coffee first time to access their breakfast with this common breakfast to see how they do with the basics. OK but again nothing to move Lasko's to my Midland favorites list.

Quaint and cozy diner was filled with happy diners. Very unique dishes to choose from and they all sounded delicious. Friendly waitress and even friendlier owner greets all diners. All food was rich and tasty especially the 5 cheese mac and cheese with Gorgonzola and bacon! We also loved the exotic Vietnamese Grinder. Food was also well priced. We left that place very pleased and full!

Popular among locals at the farmers market, guests can get a taste of the fresh pastries and bread made by our French Pastry Chef. This modern, 40 seat French bistro is a must experience.
Had our 4th of July dinner here because we were staying in the hotel. All very convenient for the fireworks. We had the pork chop and the Acorn Power Bowl. Both delicious and the Acorn Power Bowl was a larger portion than expected for you vegetarians. The bread was very delicious also especially the darker bread shown in photos.
