Given the #1 ranking and excellent reviews, I greatly anticipated enjoying a fine dining experience and had no problem spending the price of such an outing. Instead the restaurant was extremely noisy, service was rushed and lackluster, and the food was no better than average. I left feeling disappointed and ripped off. I will not return.

This little hole in the wall gem, small very small dinner is a gem! Good food, decent prices and the menu is hilarious very entertaining! Small business ads in the celling tile! There is two entrances one in the front one in the back, but donât be alarmed when you come in from the back because you find yourself on the cooks line! Its perfectly fine! Seating is tight , but definitely well worth it!

It is always so much fun to come here. The onion rings are the best I've ever had and so is the root beer. Love the burgers, hot dogs, and shrimp basket. Reasonable prices too.

The last few times here have been horrible. Yesterday, for instance, I ordered a steak hoagie. Well, the steak was non- existent. Even the waitress commented that there was no steak on the steak hoagie. So I sent it back, to see if I could get some meat to go with the peppers and onions. They flatly refused. The manager, Mr. Davis, came over and said the portions were pre-weighed out. Apparently in a thimbleâwhich would have worked had I had two prices of bread each the size of a penny. But I had a hoagie bun. Filled with nothing but peppers and onions. I was embarrassed for them, being called âsteaksâ, and flatly refusing to put the slightest bit of steak on a steak hoagie. To make matters worse, when they brought the bill, they gave it to my girlfriend, knowing full well a woman would be wishy-washy and tip them anyway. Which of course she did, because she knows the owner. This place has gone downhill in just a year. Iâd recommend going to a chain restaurant where they have the resources to make shoddy service right, instead of skimping horribly on the product that the restaurant is named after. That being said, if you love peppers and onions, go to steaks eatery. Their steak hoagie is loaded with nothing but.

While everything about Klavon's is excellent, the pizza is the star of the show. Many say Klavon's stuffed pizza, an original take on the Chicago deep dish, rivals the greatest pizzas in the windy city -- some claim it's even better. One thing is certain:
Iâve been to Klavonâs too many times to count. The atmosphere is top notch...great staff, clean tables and seating, ample televisions for your entertainment needs. The food is fantastic. Whether youâre going for the signature stuffed pizza, a more traditional hand tossed, or one of the amazing hamburgers, youâre not going to go wrong. Everything about the place is great!

The atmosphere here is second to none on a beautiful day! Sit outside, enjoy the wonderful views, and eat some fresh/ & local food. The staff has really high turnover for some reason - so there are always new employees. But the salads and soups are very good. The sandwiches are as well. Great place to stop for a relaxing lunch
Dropped in with some business acquaintances for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at how busy this restaurant was and the quality of the food and service. My associates had burgers and they looked great, and were exceptionally large. They said they tasted very good and were planning to return in the near future. My grilled cheese was good, but wasn't huge like the burgers. Lemonaide was good, just the right sweetness and had a fresh taste. I'll be back too!

Headed home from Jackson there isn't too many bars to stop at, found this little gem in Grass lake (Mi).The food was better than i would of expected from bar food and the drinks were strong enough not like some watered down franchise joint. Typical people hanging around outside smoking, like you find everywhere now a days. The darkhaired bartender was on point, she kept my drinks coming and food came out quite quick. If you get a chance its worth the time to pull of the highway and eat here , Your belly will be smiling.

I have been to ryans several times by myself, with friends and with family. The reason i had continued to return was a lack of other options. The service is slowish(understaffed) and the food always seems be not quite right. Will go elsewhere, will not recommend to others

The restaurant was busy and maybe it was unexpected but they were understaffed. Still, everyone was very friendly and did warn us that there would be some delays. The food still arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering the situation. All of the meals were fantastic. I found the prices reasonable, particularly for the children's menu. It was a great place to eat after horseback riding in the area and it is right by the highway so you can easily be on your way after.
