Subways are always a good bet for a tasty sandwich. On this occasion, however, I found out that they offer some pretty good salads as well. This location on Tecumseh St. very close to US23 was quite convenient. It presented very nicely as it was warmly lit on a cold winter's night. The dining area was also nicely kept. The service was polite though I could tell the person who prepared my food was a little irritated that I had walked in 20 minutes before closing. In a place like Subway, I don't consider that a no-go time frame but I guess this reaction is to be expected. However, this is why I rated the restaurant a "3" rather than a "4", which is the rating I would usually give a chain fast food place that lived up to expectations. I'll give her credit that she at least tried to some extent to conceal her disappointment. The highlight of the visit was that I discovered their new chopped salad offerings. The salad was prepared by putting in the meat of my choice (could have been double meat had I wanted), the cheese of my choice and the veggies of my choice. They then chopped and mixed it with the dressing I chose (the dressing could have been on the side). I selected the Sweet Onion dressing this time and that made my customized salad wonderfully tasty. The price was only $6 for what turned out to be a terrific dinner. If you are looking for an informal, light meal, this Subway is a very good choice. Just don't walk in too close to closing time.

Kozy Korner is the best restaurant in Dundee and surrounding areas. I do not know of any other restaurant that offers top notch quality food for such reasonable prices. They are also the only restaurant for miles that offers a variety of outstanding homemade soups. My favorites are Bean Soup (to die for with his cornbread), Chicken Noodle, Beef Barley, and Chicken Pot Pie soup, all freshly made and not just dumped from a can and put into a pot. Sandwich breads, buns, and toast are the best you will find anywhere. Check out their large menu and daily specials. Great food, clean restaurant and TOP NOTCH health inspections. #1 in Dundee.

I have to say that Bob Evans Restaurant's are consistent where ever you go. We have never been disappointed. There is only one drawback to this place and I think management has dropped the ball big time on this place. There are chuck holes in the parking lot that could swallow your car. Aside from that, the food is good and the service as well. All who visit might ask for the manager and explain the holes in the lot. Certainly a distraction for customers who might decide to go elsewhere.

Took 4 other members . our family because I bought the 40 dollar groupon. We had never been to Gabes Place but it was very busy here. The menu was really big and had just about everything you could want. The servers or waitresses were so friendly and made you feel at home. The food came fast and everyone's meal was great. We would come back again!

We went to this place because Grandkids like Mac n Cheese there and sandwiches and others were good. We were there on Wednesday around 4:45 so place not very busy. The bartender/Waitress seated us and we ordered some drinks. My wife had their punch and I tried a Mojita ( didn't have mint so didn't turn out) . The waitress offered me another drink, I tried a beer but just too lemony for my taste so settle on Guiness. We order sandwiches wife had Lyle Burger I tried the Brisket but out of so ended up with 1/2 rack of ribs (special) The food arrived and was very good. We really enjoy this place and kids like their food.

I enjoyed my recent visit to this Applebee's location. FOOD: 4/5The food was made to order and served hot and fresh. When customizing an order, I would recommend having the order repeated back to you for accuracy. RESTAURANT STAFF: 5/5The waitress was friendly and professional. She kept an eye on our drinks and refilled them as needed. She checked on us several times to make sure our meal was good. The hostess seated us promptly.CLEANLINESS: 4/5There were crumbs around the table and on the floor. Probably from just being busy.WAIT TIME: 3/5While the waitress took our order in a timely manner, there was quite a wait time for our order to arrive from the kitchen.PRICES: 3/5The price of the food was more expensive at this Applebee's locations than other Applebee's I have visited recently.BOTTOM LINE:I enjoyed my visit and would not hesitate to go back again when traveling through this area.

I was too late for my motel breakfast, and I spotted this place as I headed to the giant Cabela's store nearby, Ah brunch! Excellent choice. Waitstaff, including a floor manager, were prompt, professional, and personable. I chose the "pick four items" Omelet, with tater tots. Glad I did, see my photo, delish!! I will return next time in the area.

Trying a new place for dinner, not real impressed. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Never got back with me on the vegetable. The salad was definitely clean as it had lots of water. Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup as well. For some reason they bring the soup and your meal at the same time so you can decide which you would like to eat hot. Both were good when they were warm. The wife had the loose burger and fries. She liked the fries but the loose burger she did not like because of the sauce. Could see why things were slow. The crew were having a talk fest in the back and tossing something at each other. Not feeling good about trying again.

The word Grille was spelled wrong. I want to apply for our certificate but wanted to change that 1st. Thank you.
We were next door at the candle store and overheard a customer rave about the lunch she had here. She was not wrong. The only misstep was the pepperoni- too spicy for my wife. But cheesy bread, sliders, Italian beef sandwich, chippers and cinnamon sugar dessert puffs were all amazing. We live about an hour away and will be back.
