We dined in yesterday at this Arby's. The place was fairly clean, except the for the floors, which needed to be vacuumed. There wasn't anybody else in the place when we visited so we didn't have to wait long for our food. I had a market fresh sandwich which was quite good, and the curly fries were good (and hot!). Overall, the experience was exactly what I expected. The location is within a half mile of the freeway and it's pretty easy on/easy off for freeway travelers.

Small place. Only 40 seats. You order before you sit down. They have a very good menu. A little bit of everything. I ordered the Texas breakfast tacos and my wife opted for the poutine. Both were very good. Service was excellent. Will definitely go back to try other menu items.

Breakfast for dinner, just before golf league. I never look at the menu because I love the Sunrise Skillet w/biscuits. Again prepared just right and its my favorite, My husband ordered sausage gravy and biscuits and he loved it as well. Service was great and fast. Food was prepared great and hot.

I have a soft spot for dive bars. The waitress was the owner's daughter who was wonderful. The Olive burger was outstanding! I hadn't had one in years! The drinks were good and the service was fast. I will definately go back. Just know that it isn't fancy.

My brother and I felt like pancakes so where better? Super pancakes (just like cake). I'd ordered the omelet and it was good. Spinach and feta. Yummers! For a "chain" it works. Friendly staff too.

So been doing Rellies for a while now, since we moved here in 2011. Ended up âbreaking upâ with them a year ago. Food is pretty good, but you never know with the service. Usually itâs slow and sometimes itâs really bad. Doesnât matter time of day, you just never know. Lunch specials are pretty good and lunch is probably your best shot youâll be out in an hour. Do dinner and be ready to be there a while and roll the dice on seeing your server again. NOTE: havenât done Rellies in the last year so maybe they solved some of their service problems???

Visited here for a farewell party for a friend. First visit. Great Impression. The atmosphere was terrific. Service was outstanding. Our server handled multiple people, with separate checks and no problems. A hot hors d'oeuvres table was set up for our group. The selection and quality were very good. The trays never ran empty. Those who ordered from the menu were very satisfied. The beer menu offered something for every taste. Definitely worth a return visit.

We are admittedly service and food snobs and in greater Lansing you pretty much have to dumb down your expectations for both, especially service. We finally ventured all the way to DeWitt ( 20 minutes from East Lansing) when we heard good things about this spot. It is pretty intimate and only seats fifty people and the staff goes to great lengths to make you feel special. They have three sommeliers, a well curated wine list, and 150 wines by the glass.Prices were fair for the quality. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and wine and professional to a tee. Most servers in greater Lansing do not even know how to open a bottle let alone serve it. The menu choices are varied and prices reasonable. We had a starter of tropical aguachili which consisted of pieces of rare tuna, spicy mango, a fruit broth and hearts of palm. It was unusual and excellent. Our entrees were braised short rib gnocchi and smoked brisket meat loaf. Both were unusual and excellent.Portions were sufficient enough that we took food home. You can tell the management is deeply involved and the restaurant delivers a great experience. We will return.

You walk in and seat yourself. We picked a big booth. I went to sit down and the seat cushion is cracked and starting to fall apart. It looks old and gross. Looking around, the lights on the wall above regular booths are covered in dust and cobwebs. I asked for allergy information and was handed a bulky three ring binder. Not every item they serve is in it. The clam chowder for example. As a vegan I do not eat dairy, eggs, meats, or seafood. I thought about trying the Spicy Black Bean Burger. The patty has no eggs in it, but the gluten free bun does. Waitress said they could use lettuce instead of the bun. I chose the Turkey Orchard Salad, minus the turkey. I added black olives, tomato and onion. Mango Chardonnay dressing. The food came out and the salad looked full of toppings. The dressing was in a to go cup with a lid. I found a few slices of carrots in the salad. I don't think those were supposed to come with it and I did not add them. The dressing has a mellow flavor and I could have used another cup of it. The two other dishes we ordered were nachos and a hamburger. Each meal came with a plastic to go cup with a lid. The nachos is a large portion. Each drink that came out had one or two plastic straws in it. I mention all the one time use plastic because this place is "green." On their website there is a paragraph about it. They should know plastic is not green. We had over a dozen plastic straws used tonight at our table alone. There is a video online showing a sea turtle with a plastic straw stuck in it's nose. It was pulled out with pliers and looked painful.Â

From the minute I stepped into the Cafe, the reception/service was poor. I was told to stand by to be directed to a table. Large restaurant with many tables. Only 4 occupied tables. 2 waitresses. I waited so long (at least 7 minutes) before I was taken to a table. When I sat down and was handed a menu, I was asked if Iâd like a drink. When I was brought my water, she asked for my order. New to this restaurant, I needed a couple minutes to read menu. After I decided I waited at least 10 minutes before I had to physically flag down the waitress. My food was delicious! It was prepared very fast and fresh. I was done eating and, once again, waiting for the waitress to come back (she was behind counter, facing me, eating her lunch). I noticed that a gentleman who was either a Manager or the owner, made his rounds to each of the other 3 tables, since one table was next to me I heard him ask the women how they were doing, how was their meal, etc. He never acknowledged my presence or my business. I paid and left. If this business doesnât last too long, I wouldnât be surprised. Each customer that enters should receive your best service and be greeted, especially if youâre making your rounds to other tables. As good as the food was, the service was inappropriately horrible. I drove from East Lansing. Probably wonât again. Too many other great choices that accomplish both (great food and service)! Hopefully FTC puts more emphasis on serving the customers!
