Our dinner there was excellent. We were able to order from the regular menu and everybody had different entrees but everything came out from the kitchen pretty much at the same time and all hot. Our waitresses were very attentive and helpful. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great. Thanks for a lovely time and meal.
This was a very entertaining and enjoyable bar. Good outdoor and indoor seating. Come by boat or car or walk in, everyone came by what way they could. Live music often, the music we watched was very good. They have an outdoor Tiki bar on the deck which was very nice. Prices normal for this kind of place. The appies very good. Among others, we had this very tastsy and huge pretzel that was meant for more than 0ne.
Snoopy's is first and foremost a bar. Pool tables, juke box, TV's and beer signs are all signs that this is a bar. Don't expect it to be anything but a bar. With one exception. The food is great. The grill and friers have been cranking out food for decades. It is served fresh and hot. The cheeseburgers are my favorite and are as good as they come. Thick, juicy, lots of cheese and fresh lettuce, tomato and onions. The onion rings are super. There are also in-house made specials that range from goulash and chili to meatloaf, roast turkey and ham. I know people that drive 40 miles for the perch. The food is incredibly good bar food.Snoopy's is not a fine dining experience. That's not what they are. They are a bar serving great food and that's all they need to be. They also have a few docks in the back so you can visit by boat. It is also a great spot for bikers cruising the river road. If you want a great burger and a cold beer you want to stop here.

We are back in the Blue Water area for the summer and have started to make the rounds of our regular restaurants. My husband and I mentioned to his cousin we were heading over to Harsens Island for dinner at The Island Grille and they asked if they could join us. They are the locals and had never heard of this restaurant. My husband ordered a turkey burger, his cousin The Ranch Hand. the cousin's wife and I ordered the Perch Sandwich. My husband and I knew what to expect, his cousin and his wife were quite impressed. They loved their meal and are already talking about our next visit over to The Schoolhouse Grille. Our food was served hot, all together and with a smile. The restroom was clean and well maintained. Looking forward to several more visits over to the Island this summer. You can check out their menu on-line!!
I was extremely happy dropping by this place by boat. Lots of boat parking for the restaurant by the docks a little rough to be against. Really good food specials that day, 2 burgers with fries or rings for 12 bucks if you order drinks. What a deal! This place is a bit of a dive but people came and went a lot for take out. It wasnt busy. Maybe a bit of a local hang out with great boat access. The food was surprisingly good. I would hang out here again if near by and bring friends. I have photos of the food and outside but some how it wont let me add them
We come here about once a month and usually get the pizza. It is very good and we always get enough to have lunch the next day. The staff is friendly and attentive. We look forward to going back.

Four of us ate here tonight and had the worst experience ever! Tuesdays are 'All You Can Eat Perch or Walleye'. First, the meals took forever to arrive. Then, the first batch of perch was okay but, the second batch was coated in salt, it was inedible! Our friend ordered pancakes with sugar-free syrup. The pancakes arrived so hard, she needed a steak knife to cut them. The syrup never arrived. We gave the pancakes back to the waitress (who was very apologetic for our bad experience) and ordered scrambled eggs instead. We will not be coming back again.

Grew up in Algonac and I loved this place. Much in the area has changed and businesses have come and gone, but Kay's is still there. A must for breakfast every time I return to Algonac to visit family. Great food, big portions, great staff, and great prices.
