I am comfortable sleeping coz the location good and near by the airport. Only needs improving of the food on brekafast coz same everyday for one week stay. However, there is one accomodating staff of housekeeping i really like. I think her name Pau or Pam. Anyway, my stay was pleasant and I would surely go back again coz of good price and easy access to all.

Hotel H2O is the first and only marine-themed urban resort hotel in the Philippines. Opened on April 10, 2010, the hotel is part of the Manila Ocean Park complex in the Philippine capital’s historic Rizal Park. It has been designated as the official residence for guests and patrons of Manila Ocean Park.Every part of Hotel H2O has a connection to its namesake element, water – from its next-door proximity to Manila Ocean Park; to its location on the edge of Manila Bay; to its signature aquarium wall that adorns the inner guest rooms and grand ballroom; to the seafood specialties of its main F&B outlet, Makan Makan Asian Food Village; to the healing, negative-ion treatments of its wellness center, Zenyu Eco Spa. All these make Hotel H2O perhaps the most visually distinctive urban property in the country today.
1. Terrible AC on 3141 and 3321.. Very weak and noisy.. The utility guy said "nilalabanan nang araw yung lamig nang AC kayya po mainit.. Maya-maya po pag wala nang araw lalamig na yan.." 2. Services were too slow.. A bucket of ice needs to be followed-up a couple of times, waited for an hour or more before its delivered.. 3. Internet was continuously disconnecting. Speed is ok though somehow.. 4. My family members were separated from end-to-end of the regular room and the suite room.. IN spite the fact that we came early so we can have at least a room near each other. Seems like the front desk totally forgot about how many we were and had no choice but to put us at the last standard room..

I just needed to do self quarantine. Some items to point out during my 2-night stay for their "Executive Twin Room": - There was a lot of gunk/mold on the shower area - On the first night, turned on the shower and the entire head fell off. Used the rainshower instead (it was already late and I was exhausted from the flight+heavy traffic and I didn't want to wait for staff to fix it. Also preferred to socially distance. Managed to reattach everything, but again fell off on the morning of my check out day - There was a hairdryer available, but the plug does not even match the socket next to the vanity mirror. The only choice is to use it by the window/work desk which is ridiculous - Television screen had a clear mark (see photo), I don't know if the previous occupant punched the TV for whatever reason - Television channel selections were pretty bad. Plus, channels kept freezing/screwing up due to the weak bandwidth - Pillows/pillow cases/blankets were clearly very old and definitely need to be changed Other items to point out: - The main entrance (Scout Castor) was closed and I can only enter from the back (Roces). Similarly, food deliveries can only be received at the back which was very inconvenient, especially with the difficulties with Grab drivers - Lobby Restaurant was closed and under construction, nothing mentioned on the website of any closed areas and was only informed on arrival - No luggage assistance provided, though not sure if this hotel provides it - Roofdeck just had some chairs and the tiny pool, not very encouraging to use at all compared to the website image - The hotel looks barely operational
