Cigerci Apo is the oldest and most famous one in the town. They have started as selling street food. you can always find fresh liver with lots of side dishes and salads. You should eat liver as rare and use cumin. They serve the liver on ÅiÅ. One porsion consist of 10 ÅiÅ of liver. You should not skip the fats in the ÅiÅ. Fat makes the liver more delicious. Most of the poeple order just more fat to put in the dürüm. you can end meal using 2 ÅiÅ of liver in one dürüm, this is called Golden Shout... Also you can eat liver as breakfast and this way you will feel more satisfied.
