A profiterole, cream puff, or choux à la crème is a filled French choux pastry ball with a typically sweet filling of whipped cream, pastry cream, custard, or ice cream. This restaurant offers the best profiterole that I have ever had. By the way, I am located in Istanbul, and I have not found as good as this one.

I've been to Fixmenu when I visited beautiful "Mersin" in Turkey. I strongly recommend FixMenu If you like traditional home made Turkish dishes. The food is very delicious and very well presented, the staff is very welcoming,warm and friendly, very pleasent atmoshphere to have a relaxing lunch. It is not easy to find home-made food in the city since it's surrundered by kebap shops. We were lucky to find Fix-Menu. By the way, the prices were very affordable. I was invited to join as translator for a businessmen's association's general council dinner at the new location. The top floor was arranged for such meetings. The second floor was for businessmen's dinner and the ground floor for public. all floors were incredibly well decorated and arranged suitably with all technical requirements for meetings. To mention about the food variety and quality, it was unconditionally highest quality and smiling service.

Great choice! the appetizers, in turkish 'meze' are very good and there Is an extraordinary variety and quantity. After that we had an excellent fish 'levrek'. Good wine. It is not cheap but is well worth the money. The.wide hall is a little too noosy. Personnel is professional and attentive. Do not miss !

The Tantuni is an authentic delicatessen -especially- in Mersin. It is a roll bread stuffed with roasted beef, cubes of tomatoes and green peppers. Although there are many Tantuni Restaurants, Memos Tantuni is the best in Mersin. They have three shops: nearby the Forum AVM, nearby the Mersin Hilton and in Mezitli-on the right hand side to the direction of Kizkalesi. It is a fast food restaurant which offers clean and friendly service.

Superb service (by our waiter Mehmet Matthias), excellent starters, very good wine, good food, for a very friendly price. A few recommendations: steak brochette's meat was a bit chewy. And the 'garniture' to the stuffed chicken and other dishes is always the same in all the restaurants (baked tomato, cold onions, a green pepper). Hatay could differentiate here ;-).
