Known best for its wine, Mendoza is a bustling city to the east of Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere. Although it draws its share of adventure travelers, lured by the climbing, skiing, hiking and rafting opportunities within an easy drive of downtown, the area’s more than 1,000 vineyards bring oenophiles in even greater numbers.

Actually visited February of 2020 - sadly I just saw that I never finished my review back then! Just before covid tried to ruin the world, my daughter and I traveled to Mendoza and stayed here. It is a quaint gem that was such a lovely experience! The grounds are simply beautiful and the staff were so kind and helpful! After going on full day vineyard tours in Mendoza coming back here was so relaxing and refreshing. I’ve told about our trip and this place to so many people and hope we can return some day!

Nothing was too much trouble & it felt like you were being welcomed into his own home. All the other staff were also very friendly & helpful The room was on the small side but it was & clean well decorated. I would highly recommend La Masia & I hope that one day I will be able to return Simon

We were recomended this place by a friend from home and we would like to recommend it to every other couple/family who wish to visit Mendoza and it’s surroundings. The place is a bus ride away from the city which makes it very nice and quite. The athmosphere is very cozy with the family owned hotel filled with olive trees, cute puppies and a “sometimes about” restaurant. The owner however, deserves an award for themselves. They were more than helpful and offered several things, that no other hotel/hostel staff would even consider as taking us for a bike ride, washing our clothes, help us cook, move us to a better and more luxurious room etc. All in all this is defintely a place to visit if you’re tired of the big cities and need to relax in a profound environment.

This is a very nice B&B. We would definitely stay here again upon returning to Mendoza. Our room was large, including an American size bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is superb. One block (so quiet) off of Av. Aristides Villanueva, so great restaurant choices. Close to the tram, and so easy to get to Maipú. And most important, Jorge and Gladys are wonderful hosts. They are happy to speak English or Spanish, and will give advice or not, all up to you. Highly, highly recommend.

Offering a large garden with an outdoor pool, De Los Andes Hotel is located in Lujan de Cuyo. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. A daily breakfast is provided. With a classic decor and scenic views, each room at De Los Andes Hotel is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. All of them comprise a complete bathroom and a balcony overlooking...
This place is desperately in need of renovation. The rooms are dreary—ours was painted dark chartreuse with burgundy drapes that didn’t meet. The shower is too small to turn around. Thin rough towels. Don’t believe the description—our room had no dining room table and nowhere else to sit except the bed. The smoke detectors blinked red or flashed all night. The furniture near the dirty pool is old and uncomfortable. Two dogs barked all night and one night a loud music house party next door kept us awake. If you do not speak Spanish you may not want to stay here. No one spoke English—which was fine but maybe not for everyone. Personally we would not stay here again but will give it one star because the breakfast was good, our mattress was decent and there was a refrigerator in the room.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Plaza Paradiso Petit Hotel in Feb 2018. We LOVED this hotel and the staff was nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The location was great. It's close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars, and dessert places. The rooms are spacious and the rooftop pool is relaxing, even though it's small. Thank you so much Plaza Paradiso staff for making our first time in Mendoza very memorable!

Wine Aparts is in a safe neighbourhood, a short walk into town, and close to a number of bus lines. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The wi-fi was strong. The room was comfortable - the only downside was that in our room the shower did not have a shower curtain, so the floor would get wet. But other than that, it is good value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

We could not have asked for a better location with tons of superb bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Front desk was always very helpful and able to help with both English and Portuguese. Easy parking beneath the hotel if you rent a car. Breakfast was good but a bit limited. Room was ok—hadn’t been swept clean in a while with lots of dust bunnies. Shower was amazing—large rain head with plenty of pressure and really hot water. Bed was horrible—painful to sleep in, tossed and turned constantly trying to find some kind of comfortable position. Bad pillow didn’t help. Both my wife and I were uncomfortable so made for really tough nights. There are other quality hotels nearby—would probably choose one of them if/when we return to Mendoza.

Casa de Coria is a bed & breakfast that rescues naturalness, simplicity, and modern comfort. It is one of the original houses built in Chacras is reminiscent of the past with the comforts of the present. Its spacious and comfortable rooms together with quality and personalized service offer guests a unique experience in Mendoza. There are many & varied restaurants to choose from and none over a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. A great choice of wineries are within easy walking & biking distance, as well. We are located one block away from the main square of Chacras de Coria. Only 15 minutes drive from Mendoza city. Founded in 1615, Chacras offers an authentic mix of traditional rural life and upscale modern infrastructure. Casa de Coria is just a few steps away from the main plaza of this charming village.
If you need a tranquil setting to decompress after a stressful period. Casa de Coria is that place. Do not miss Bistro night when Chef Jonnie and staff serve up a guest feast. The evening of fine dining includes a husband & wife duet that bring the audience to their feet. A great time was had by all. Make sure to ask Annie and Luz direction to popular restaurants, vineyards and Bodega’s. If you have an interest in hiking the Andes or Aconcagua region the staff has available Driver Miquel and Adrian as a guide. My week at the Casa is at the top of the list of memories and we are anxious to return this March.
