No problem we transferred the payment immediately. When arrive no greeting from the Indian receptionist and given our room key without explain how to go to room. Nothing has been mentioned room with breakfast and you have to ask. NO TOWEL AVAILABLE AND WE HAVE TO ASK. THIS HOTEL NOT DESERVED FOR 3 STAR ALSO. TV IS NOT WORKING. I PAID 150.00 For no value of this hotel. When I stayed at Eco tree only paid 80.00 per nigh

The apartment is above the shop lot, there are 2 units of apartments side by side sharing 1 staircase and common area with dining area, also drinking water. Each apartment has 3 bed rooms, if you are traveling in group you can book 2 apartments with total of 6 bedrooms. I was with my parents and our 2 children for holiday, so 6 of us just nice for 1 apartment. Inside the apartment has a 2 seated sofa with television, not much space but most of the time we were in the rooms after long day. Each bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. At night there is a foodcourt and few reaturants for supper. Even though the apartment is above the foodcourt but we didn't hear any noice. The apartment just opposite of Casa De Rio Hotel, if you want to walk to Jonker Street is about 15 minutes, but we prefer to drive the car. If you are not driving, you might need to consider find the hotel near tourist attraction, or you can walk over to Casa De Rio hotel to take a taxi. We like this home because is new, clean, confortable and privacy. Even thouth we are sharing with another apartment but is safe, there are using the touch card for security. The only disadvantage is they don't have private carpark, but there are plenty of public capark that paying by parking coupon, so no need to worry of parking. I will recommend friends that travel in group.

A group of my friends and me stayed here. There were 7 of us. The outside of the building really needs new coat of paint. But inside was really clean and cozy. Bathrooms were clean. Towels were fresh. A good place to stay. Not too far from Mahkota parade. We got lost and Mavis, our contact for the place, was really patient and kind. She was very accommodating and friendly. *thumbs up for customer service*

I was overly confidence of this place after my last visit (few years back). The place is not properly managed and run down. The lodge does not provide the basic stuffs eg water dispenser facility. The kitchen area were locked with no access also it is not open during Sunday. Rooms upstairs are not suitable for family with children as the noise tends to last over past midnight eg 3pm.

Room is small. No space to hanger towel, rubbish near to the bed. Very Bad experience! Staff not welcoming to us. Who incharge on saturday,07/03 evening. Bathroom tiles were wet and slippery, seems like the cleaner didn't clean off the soap stain. Air-conditioner not service. Bathroom arrangement can be improved as there isn't much space with the current arrangement. Water pressure is really bad. Alasan SAMB punya problem but no one inform ada catuan air! No one inform! No notice! Check in 3pm still ada air 7pm no water then not supply any baldi or water until tomorrow 1pm. First n last will stay in this hotel. No more!

We are an art speciality boutique hotel and a newly refurbished ancestral house at the centre of UNESCO’s world cultural heritage site.
I fully recommend this hotel! The staff is very warm and attend all what you need. They prepared your breakfast and you can eat watermelon and snacks for free all day. The double room was perfect!!!! They give to you two bottles of water every day in your room, and also cleaning it if you want. For mosquitoes, they give to you some tablets!!!
