This restaurant is run by two brothers and their mother. During the Eid festivities, they opened special for our tour group as there were no places to eat. The service, food, atmosphere, and attention paid by the brothers was exemplary.First, the restaurant is nicely decorated, the food was well prepared (fresh!) and extremely enjoyable. Our group was well taken care of to the extent one of the brothers went to a nearby location to get beer for us (as they didn't have any on site) as a special favour. Above and beyond. Worth a stop for dinner.

I got a turkey sandwich and fries here looking for a late night meal. Good service and good food, portions were filling especially considering the price. The turkey was well seasoned and the fries well done. No complaints. Very good for a late snack or meal.

We were at this restaurant with friends. In this place, we found only odby positive point - great view. Everything else was not just bad, and very bad. We had the feeling that the chef never cooked before, and we were his first clients. All the food was absolutely disgusting and tasteless.Service was just as disgusting as well, waiter watched football.

Well run and classy bistrot attached to the Transatlantic hotel overlooking the old town from the hill opposite. The owner and cook is a flamboyant Belgian which makes decent bistro style food. We had a large and juicy filet de boeuf that I hadn't seen before in Morocco. As a dessert there was excellent citrus on speculoos cake or also fondant de chocolat. Extensive wine list with the best of Moroccan wines. If you want an escape from the couscous and tajines, this is where to go.

This is a face paced restaurant that is popular, but has service worked out perfectly. Busy, but you do not feel rushed. Offers good mint tea, delicious looking desserts, as well as traditional Moroccan food. One of the specialties was a seafood pizza, good thin crust and plenty of good and varied fish and shellfish toppings. Recommended for the food and reasonable prices.

Restaurant in a riad in the old medina of meknes in a typical Moroccan setting that offers Moroccan dishes and tajine, pastillas, and couscousse you must order in advance for these dishes, prepare them as at home everything is organic and healthy in the r
After five days of tagines, couscous, harira, and brochettes, we were craving something different. He ordered pepperoni pizza and I had mushroom -- both wonderful. Do yourself a favor and reserve a table a day or so in advance just to make sure they don't run out. Some people who arrived after us missed out. The waitress didn't speak much English or French but we managed fine, and the price was a bargain.
