Although I have full board at my hotel, after several weeks, one likes to explore. So, we went to this nice little beer house. The food was typical German...and I liked it. This was our first time to this place. We had dinner with friends in Wilhelm's wintergarden and very much enjoyed the excellent food. Especially the "Probiermenu" was a great choice and evidenced the great potential this restaurant absolutely has. Unfortunately as excellent as the food was, as mediocre was the service. Friendly, but not attentive at all and certainly not at the professional level you'd expect in such place. Only because of the food, we would come again. But raising the service level to the quality level of the kitchen would really make this place a top spot in the area.

Hier sind wir mit der gasamten Familie (9 Personen) zum Essen gewesen und es hat allen (sehr unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen) sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung ist ausgesprochen freundlich und wir waren daher sehr zufrieden. Aussserdem ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
