My wife and I had two meals here - excellent lunch (white asparagus with butter sauce, ham, salad and parsley potatoes). Very friendly service (we wanted to sample a few different beers so they gave us a little glass to share.) Returned the next day for dinner; they got our order wrong (give benefit of doubt: our German was worse than the waiter's English). My food was mediocre; my wife's a tad better. Both of us felt it was a different chef this time. But the service was still great and the location still convenient. Very good value, too. Will certainly give it another try on next trip.

Die Hornfischbar auf der Pomeria im Museumshafen ist wieder für Sie da! Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!
While walking along the quay of the Ryck river we found that fish restaurant organized at an old fisherman boat. We stopped there to have a bread roll with a raw herring. It was something marvellous: a big bread roll filled with a raw herring seasoned with a chopped onion plus ... a pint of a cold beer. Delicious!

Our restaurant "Pier 19" Do you like fangfrische herring from the Greifswalder Bodden or excellent homemade fruit cake? In our stylish restaurant "Pier 19" we serve fresh, typical regional dishes with the best ingredients from Vorpommern.
Lots of fish courses. Strikes a perfect balance between traditional and modern cooking. Unbeatable location!

An absolutely positive experience. By far the best "Fischbrötchen" during our visits of the Baltic Sea. Nice little garden. Also a recommendation is the homemade smoked salmon. In general excellent, high quality and absolutely fair priced meals.Don't be distracted by the somewhat non-restaurant-typical outward appearance - it seems to be a place preferred by locals and no tourist trap.

12 years later, I still recall how good and varied their soups were! The borscht was especially nice. But also the lentil soup

Modern brewery house with many craft beers and hearty cuisine with organic products. Large terrace in the market square in the heart of the city.
We stopped by this place for a quick beer before dinner. We had the pleasure to experiment a few of their beer. Very good beer menu and very friendly and helping staff. I will definitely go back when I come back in the area.

Delicious food for reasonable prices, good beer and waiter spoke English. Typical German/ Austrian dishes (including tongue and lungs, which we declined to try this time). Casual and social atmosphere.

I was here on business with my colleagues. We are from California. Our business partner in Greifswald took us there for dinner. He wanted us to experience local food and restaurant style. If you like fresh fish, this is the place to go. They serve great dishes using local fish from the Baltic Sea. It was delicious. The service was also perfect and very friendly. I highly recommend.
